Abstract: through the study on durability of highway bridges under heavy traffic,And from the subgrade, subbase and base, asphalt surface layer analysis of the three dimensions of the relation between compactness and durability of asphalt pavement,the article pointed out that the current national norms in the compaction of standards and to propose recommendations for improvement,and made to improve durability of asphalt pavement compaction under the current heavy traffic technical measures.

Abstract: With the increasing popularization of the application of steel structure in the construction field of China, quality problem has become a major challenge of steel structure. Therefore, how to better control the quality of steel structure has been a very important issue in China now. In this paper, combined with the characteristics of steel structure engineering technology, how to better control the quality of steel structure installation projects is discussed and analyzed in depth.

Abstract: The Development of equipment manufacturing industry cluster is a strategic choice for the revitalization of the old industrial bases, and the development of industrial clusters needs base on the high-quality market-oriented environment. But in the case of serious deficiencies in the market, cluster enterprises being in a weak position, limited ability of entrepreneurial behavior, the development of industrial clusters necessarily depends on the government's reform and progress, and needs government environmental innovation to create a suitable growing economic environment and social mechanisms for the rapid agglomeration of the industry. The belief that the government should create an environment and society can create wealth is an important factor of the of governmental innovation environment in the manufacturing industry cluster development environment.

Abstract: On the basis of the real needs of human resource training center in training, the staff training information management in the course of training is surveyed, in-depth analysis and research of complex information is carried out, especially the process management of training plan approval. With wide application and good prospects of the B/S three layers system architecture, enterprise training management information system is developed, in the tomcat5.5 and JDK1.5 environment. With JSP dynamic Webpage technology, using SQL Server 2000 as database server, different permissions of the different identity of users being controlled by E-R model in field. The workload of person training is reduced and efficiency is improved.

Abstract: The concepts of Chinese information processing and natural language processing (NLP) and their development tendency are summarized. There are different comprehension of Chinese information processing and natural language processing in China and the other countries. But the work appears to emerge in the study of key point of languages processing. Mining engineering is very important for our country. Though the final task of languages processing is difficult, Chinese information processing has contributed substantially to our scientific research and social economy and it will play an important part for mining engineering in our future.

Abstract: Statistics show that, the unreasonably of a workshop facilities layout has a serious impact on the production efficiency of the workshop. According to the existing most unreasonable problems of the facilities layout in case workshop. Systematic layout planning (SLP) was applied to analyze logistics and non-logistics flow interrelation of the case workshop (table 3 and table 4), and obtained the table of integrated relationship of the operating units (table 5), and combined table 5 and the actual area of the operating units in the case workshop, mapped out the operating unit area correlation diagram (Fig. 2). According to the practical conditions, got two optimized layout plans (Fig. 3 and Fig. 4). The best layout scheme of the workshop was obtained by using the weighted factor method (table 7). The scheme can make the workshop attain the logistics smooth,transport a short route, effectively utilize working room and resource, and improve the production efficiency of the workshop.

Abstract: The aim of this paper is to study the production and delivery decision problem in the Manufacturer Order Fulfillment. Owing to the order fulfillment optimization condition of the manufacturer, the multi-objective optimization model of manufacturers' production and delivery has been founded. The solution of the multi-objective optimization model is also very difficult. Fast and Elitist Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm (NSGA II) have been applied successfully to various test and real-world optimization problems. These population based the algorithm provide a diverse set of non-dominated solutions. The obtained non-dominated set is close to the true Pareto-optimal front. But its convergence to the true Pareto-optimal front is not guaranteed. Hence SBX is used as a local search procedure. The proposed procedure is successfully applied to a special case. The results validate that the algorithm is effective to the multi-objective optimization model.
