Abstract: In order to give a comprehensive and objective evaluation of the work of construction enterprises and production safety, this article is based on the importance of production safety and service quality to explore the impact of construction factor of safety in production of construction enterprises. It uses the KPI theory to construct the four dimensions of management systems, construction equipment, and environmental conditions and other key performance indicators, and studies the structural equation theory to construct the SEM evaluation model, summarizing that the evaluation of the general program with examples from a quantitative point of view of safety performance evaluation. The results showed that the index system was built and SEM performance evaluation model can accurately evaluate the safety performance of the enterprise.

Abstract: The highway tunnel segments are the highway special sections, the passing capacity direct impact on the size of the passing capacity value of the entire highway. Tunnel Section of the different road conditions, lighting conditions, lateral clearance has a direct impact on vehicle operating status of the tunnel section, thus affecting the passing capacity value of the tunnel section. The passing capacity of the highway tunnel section of highway design, construction, and after the evaluation is of great significance.

Abstract: Based on huge data got during the EXPO period, this paper researched the running character of the buses run on EXPO Guozhan line and constructed the driving cycle. According to statistical principle, defined thirty six characteristics and chosen twenty three characteristics of them as index characteristics. In this paper we constructed the driving cycle by ways of the difference at index characteristics. When the difference between the totality and the temporary cycle is within 10%, the temporary cycle could be received as the driving cycle of the totality. The research gave the driving cycle of the bus line running in China. In the following research and development of the electric bus, Researchers could use this driving cycle to helping develop, test and verify the electric bus.

Abstract: In Hebei province, the coal resources are rich, and complete in variety, but also steel production and coal consumption are huge. In the meantime, all kinds of coal chemical products have corresponding supply and sales, and also have formed a complete supply chain of the coal chemical industry in Hebei province. However, the whole industrial chain is still rough, necessary to improve in science and technology, and also its products have low added-values. In this paper, relevant suggestions are proposed for the improvement of the supply chain of coal chemical enterprises in Hebei province, and an introduction is made from three aspects (raw material purchase, product manufacturing, and logistics).

Abstract: Fashion design with ecology orientation has become a trend because of the environmental crisis. In recent years, ecological and environmental crisis has become a big issue. With our social and economical activities development, human beings have consumed so many natural resources that it has created the crisis on ecology and environment. In 21 century, ecological fashion industry has become a booming industry. The fashion design has entered a new era of putting people first and going green design. The consciousness of cost effectively consumption has been recognized all over the world. Compared with that in developed countries, the development of ecological design is relatively late and slow in China. China has a big room in developing ecological fashion industry. This paper would analyze the issues of Going Green Fashion Design by making research on ecological materials and fabrics, virtual efforts, and wearing method. Ecological fashion design has created a new room for both fashion designers and fashion enterprises. Fashion industry has confronted a Going Green Reform, which makes us better health and better life. Efficiently using limited nature resources is most important concept for all designers. Fashion designers should take this as their duties and responsibilities.

Abstract: Under the background of cooperative Research and Development (R&D) in the virtual enterprise, the evolutionary game model was formulated in this paper, and the model was analyzed by evolutionary game theory. Using the computer simulation technology, this paper studied the influence of each parameter to the cooperative R&D in virtual enterprise. The results show that the cooperative ratio descends when the cost-benefit ratio increases, but rises when the total income is bigger, and the cooperative ratio will reach the top when the benefit distribution is relative equal.

Whether the water supply and drainage engineering of municipal works can be done well is of important significance and role in the construction of a good urban living environment. In the 21st century, it is necessary for urban construction to seek a sustainable development way, and promote the idea of energy conservation. This proposes higher requirement on the municipal water supply and drainage design. However, at present, there are still a lot of problems in the municipal water supply and drainage design. Abstract: For the trend of aging population in China is increasingly serious and all kinds of advanced robots for senior and disable people aid emerged, the concept of intelligent network monitoring was considered. Monitoring system with video linkage monitoring, personnel physiological parameter measurement, real-time positioning and robotic status monitoring was designed for nursing house. Ethernet/SDARP (Ethernet /the Senior and Disable people Aid Robot Protocol) was firstly introduced into the network to ensure communication reliability and real-time performance. Integrated software of monitoring system with good compatibility, high efficiency and data security was developed using C#.NET and SQL Server. The integration of communication module was mainly introduced. Finally, the intelligent network monitoring system was practically used in Sijiqing Nursing House and has greatly improved the quality of medical and nursing service.
