Abstract: The anti-projectile performance of the confined concrete is better than that of the normal concrete. When the radius of the confining tube is relatively small, the confined concrete would be in comminuted stage during the penetrating process of projectiles. Based on the assumption that comminuted concrete materials obey Griffith strength theory, a finite cylindrical cavity expansion model for confined concrete targets is proposed. Numerical results show that the lateral confinement affects little on the cavity stress for relatively small confining rigidity, and the cavity stress increases significantly with the increase of the radius ratio of cavity to confining tube for relatively large lateral confining rigidity.

Abstract: Aluminum electrolytic capacitor (AEC) is widely applied in many fields, but also it plays an important role in the capacitor industry. The assembling machine is the key equipment in the AEC production, whose performance determines the quality of capacitors. This paper introduces the working process and system structure of the typical AEC assembling machine, and analyses some problems of assembling machines in our China. Combined with these problems, the paper brings forward the prospective development direction, which provides the reference for the design and manufacturing of assembling machines.

The fusion of fuzzy logic and neural network consist of the fuzzy neural network, which has the advantages of fuzzy logic and neural network.

Abstract: In this paper, the conical spiral blade cutting model is analyzed and deduced, and the conical spiral blade cutting formula and blanking method is studied. The blank is processed with Archimedes spiral cutting method,and the forming spiral can be completed only with several processing. The new blanking method makes complex production process more simplified, save a lot of material, and the design method is more suitable for actual production. In the actual machining process the desired results are achieved.

Abstract: High-rise fires bring about severe losses to both peoples life and their property and consequently threat peoples life security. This paper focuses on a new extinguishing bomb used in high-rise, its structural rationalization and perfect diffusion effect were confirmed after calculation. Its rationalization that the bomb puts out a fire through window reliably was confirmed by using ANSYS/ LS-DANY to simulate the dynamic process that the extinguishing bomb penetrates window, which provides a reference for extinguishing bomb to conduct flight test, cut down test number and lower experimental cost.

Abstract: Friction and contact phenomenon widely exist in mechanical systems. In order to tackle the frictional contact problem of mechanical systems, efficient numerical resolution methods and simulation methods are put forward. A mixed nonlinear complementary model describing frictional contact problem is built based on time-stepping method and complementarity theories. In order to solve the model effectively, the block matrix method and linearization method are used to change the mixed nonlinear complementary problem into a linear complementary problem which can be easily solved. At last, the validity of the numerical resolution methods are verified through a numerical example.

Abstract: For calculation of bending fatigue strength of scroll wraps, the pressure loads and temperatures in compression chambers based on general profile theory are analyzed, and a load model including the pressure loads the temperatures is proposed. For the scroll wraps, their load model for bending fatigue strength includes the pressure loads and the temperatures. Their pressure loads can be simplified on the mid-areas and its temperatures are equal to the temperatures of the mid-areas. The pressure loads are of π normal angle region inner pressure load which have an interval of π normal angle, the number of regions of pressure load is equal to the number of scroll compression chamber pairs. The discharge angle has significant effect on bending fatigue strength of scroll wraps and the stability of scroll compressor.

Abstract: The core equipment of plateau field kitchen unit is pressure cooker for staple food, the safety and reliability of which are the key of this project, and therefore, mechanics modeling analysis is carried out. The working theory of pressure cooker is to increase the boiling point of water by enhancing the pressure inside the cooker, so as to speed up the cooking process. In fact, the pressure cooker is a small-scale pressure container when using, normally its working pressure reaches some tens and hundreds Kpa. People pay more attention to its safety and dependability. The traditional way to increase the bearing capacity of container is usually to thicken the wall of container, by doing so, not only the manufacturing cost is increased, but also the weight, thus it is inconvenience in using and bringing. Therefore, in order to make optimum structural design of pressure cooker, reliable analysis on mechanical strength and stiffness are carried out.

Abstract: Jet pump was widely used in the realm of water conservancy and aerospace. The trouble of lower efficiency on transfer restricted its rapid development and further application. A large number of experimental studies showed that its efficiency could be improved by pulsed jet, and pulsed jet generated in the device had higher impact on object. Based on massive literatures, generation ways of pulsed jet and study marches of excited pulsed jet were introduced briefly. At the same time, the progress in study and application of self-excited pulsed oscillation jet were focused on. Abstract: In this paper, a cured door structure of mine rescue capsule is proposed, and compared with ordinary flat panel doors. Firstly two kind of three-dimensional solid models of mine removable protective airtight doors are established by the Pro/e software. And then take the advantage of the strength analysis of ANSYS finite element software to draw the stress and strain diagrams. The analysis results show that the strength and stiffness of the curved door is better than ordinary flat panel doors, which provide important theoretical basis and reference value on the design, research and dynamic analysis of the life-saving door.
