Abstract:

The historical block is the cultural carrier of particular era; it is also a platform to display traditional materials and modern technology. The protection and renovation of historical block, which includes traditional architecture and context inheritance of construction as well as joint use of traditional and modern methods. In this paper, through the analysis of safety situation in public space of historical block of Southern Song Imperial Street to study how to create and current situation of ecological renovation project. Propose effective guiding tactics and protection policy to improve the ability of self-resist fire in historical block, and ultimately retain the combination of traditional style with regional ecological construction.
