Research on Organization Design of Large-Scale Construction Programme in China from the Perspective of Service-Dominant Logic

Article Preview

Abstract:

The traditional administration-driven organization, construction production-oriented, has become the bottleneck which restricts Large-Scale Construction Programme (LSCP) management. Service-Dominant Logic provides a new perspective for the innovation and research of LSCP. The concept of Service-driven organization (SDO) of LSCP was proposed through analyzing the current situation and problems LSCP organization. Besides, six components of SDO organization design, including strategy, culture, structure, driving force, information and knowledge, were discussed. The conceptual model of SDO of LSCP was established.
