Research on the Application of BIM in EPC Delivery Model

Abstract:

In order to promote the application of BIM in EPC delivery model, the characteristics of EPC delivery model and the building information modeling are analyzed respectively. The effectiveness of promoting the EPC delivery model from the combination of EPC delivery model and BIM is described. Then EPC delivery modelvalue analysis modeling is brought into BIM from the perspective of the service characteristics of the life cycle of BIM, i.e. setting up reasonable cost and benefit distribution principle through the contractors response to meet the owners needs.
