Legal Regulation of CCS Technique

Abstract:

CCS technology has been concerned generally. Many legal issues are involved in its developing process. Only carrying out the necessary legal regulation can we accelerate the development of CCS technology and its worldwide recognition and popularity. This paper summarized the process of the development of CCS technology, analyzed the main legal issues relating to the technology, discussed the legal regulation of CCS technology and proposed that legal regulation of CCS technology and implementation must be strengthened in China.
