The Present Problems of the Construction of Residential Area for Aged in China

Abstract:

In this paper, by summarizing the current situation and characteristics of the residential area for aged, the author analyzed the problems of construction of residential area for aged at this stage and pointed out that the establishment of facilities system of pension services is the fundamental way to promote the construction and development of the older settlements in China.
