Risk Evaluation Research and Model Building Based on ANP for BT Engineering Project

Abstract:

Through investigation and study, a risk evaluation index system of BT engineering project was tried to establish in the paper, from three levels of macro, meso and micro. In view of the mutual influence from the risk indexes in the BT engineering project, this paper used ANP to conduct risk evaluation research. A large-scale BT engineering project as an example, the relative weight and ranking of the risk factors are obtained and the main risk factors are analyzed and evaluated by using the method of the ANP.
