Study on the Preparation of Fe (NO3) 3/Diatomite Catalysts and the Process to the Treatment of Phenol Wastewater
Abstract:
Prepared the catalyst of diatomite supported Fe (NO3) 3 by impregnation method. Using the Phenol wastewater as the research object to study the catalytic performance of catalysts, then determining the preparation conditions of the catalysts; Discussing the best reaction conditions by the catalyst application research was carried through. Research showed that the concentration of active components, calcination time and the temperature had significant impacts on the activity of the catalyst. Under the condition of the active component concentration of 0.2mol/L, soaking time 4h, calcination temperature 300°C could produce high activity Fe (NO3) 3/ diatomite catalyst. In treatment of phenol wastewater, the optimized conditions of the catalyst for treating phenol wastewater are as follows: the reaction temperature is 30°C, reaction time is 1h, the dosage of catalyst is 0.6g/mL, oxidant dosage is 30mL/L.
