Researches on Mechanical Proprieties of Wooden Materials Used in Furnishings Production

Abstract:

The paper presents researches made to determinate mechanical proprieties, maximum deformations and proprieties homogeneity of some wooden materials frequently used for furnishing component elements and also of new wooden material composite. These materials are used by companies as alternate material, substitute for natural wood. Knowing of these information makes possible a correct sizing and designing of component elements. So furnishing produces may have a high quality obtained with minimum fabrication costs.
