Abstract: The conservation status of the railway turnout junctions were analyzed, the hardness, density, compressive strength tests of snow squeezed by railway turnout junctions were studied, thus reaching a conclusion that different quality of snow owns different hardness and densities. For new snow ( or loose snow) whose density ρ = 0.3g/cm2, snow compressive strength is small; when the compacted snow density ρ > 0.3g/cm2, the regulation of snow compressive strength should be the snow compressive strength improve with decreasing temperature, while the denser the snow density is and the lower ambient temperature is, the faster the snow increase compressive strength. All these provided the snow quality parameters for the design of railway turnout junction snow cleaning machines and tools.

Abstract: Based on the hydration kinetics of the cement matrix material, the paper presents a chemical analysis method by means of analyzing the contents of Ca(OH)2 in cement matrix material. The kinetics constant for the cement, ash fly in the residues system solidified by recycled cement, ash fly was determined at different temperature. The hydration kinetics characteristic of the residues system after being hydrated 7 days is first order reaction.

Abstract: With the development of computer science and technology, computer hardware and software conditions have been improved greatly, which can make the finite element analysis of complex structure possible. Reinforced concrete is one of the most commonly used components in building structure, the study of reinforced concrete mechanics is mainly compared through the experiment, however finite element analysis of oblique section stress is not much, based on the theory of combining elastic-plastic mechanics, using ANSYS structure analysis software carries out the analysis of numerical simulation for the oblique section stress of reinforced concrete. Through the stress-strain numerical simulation curve, this paper can get the maximum load of oblique section without corrosion reinforced concrete frame that is0.03N/mm2, finally this paper will choose three different corrosion degree of the reinforced concrete members are to carry on the analysis of numerical simulation, and compared with experimental results, the results prove the reliability of numerical simulation, to provide a reliable basis for the mechanical study of reinforced concrete inclined section.

Abstract: The mean semi-absolute deviation is the extension and development from the mean-variance theory which proposed by Markowitz. This paper studied the Mean-SAD (semi-variance deviation) model without the short selling and used the Chinese securities markets 20 stocks to test the efficient of the model. We got the conclusion that M-SAD model can effectively direct the decision in portfolio selection. Based on the result of the empirical research, the paper prospects the application of M-SAD model in our country.

Abstract: Difficulty in financing is a general problem faced by farmers and small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises for a long time because of the lack of guarantees in china. Supply Chain Finance (SCF) is generating much attention as a means of substituting for lower credit availability. For the purpose of promoting chinas rural financing products and service innovation by using SCF, this article studies agri-supply chain financing model and financing products. The result showed that agri-supply chain can extend credit to the upstream and downstream enterprise through order financing, accounts receivable financing, financing warehouse, accounts payable financing, prepaid accounts financing and inventory financing etc.

Abstract: CAPM is one of the most important decision-making problems for most organizations in portfolio selection problem. Usually the determination of the capital return on assets is the core issues of CAPM.The paper deeply makes the empirical analysis of CAPM model in Chinese stock market .The result could help Chinese investors understand pricing behavior and effectively guide the formulation of investment strategies in Chinese stock market.As a result, empirical research carried out many problems, especially no any effective test methods exist. From the former empirical test paper, the majority of results show that the CAPM does not apply to the current Chinese stock market. Therefore, Chinese stock market is still in development,not a mature market and far away from a standard market.

Abstract: In order to evaluate the credit status of the insured enterprise, from the perspective of guarantee companys risk management, according the evaluation indexes of the evaluation agencies both at home and abroad, this research constructs the credit guarantee evaluation index institutions used by themselves, and determines the weights of evaluation indexes by using FAHP. At last, this research designs the enterprise credit evaluation model based on the BP neural network and verifies the feasibility of the model through the demonstration analysis.
