Abstract: In this paper, a comprehensive evaluation indicator system of urban infrastructure was constructed, and a vulnerability assessment model of urban infrastructure based on AHP method was developed. Taking Beijing as an example, an empirical research based on the date of Beijing urban infrastructure in 2008 was conducted. The research in this paper is a useful exploration on vulnerability assessment, which can provide the foundation and support for governments decision-making on urban disaster prevention and mitigation.

Abstract: For the purpose of improving the service quality of university library, using enterprise 5S management experience, the specific implementation plan of 5S management is established from Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu and Shitsuke, according to the management work characteristics of university library. Furthermore, the specific measures of improving university service efficiency with 5S management are discussed. The practice of the 5S implementation plan enhanced the service quality of university library and increased reader satisfaction, which indicates the proposed scheme has good extension value.

Abstract: Platforms diffusion is sophisticated because of indirect network effect between two sides; there will be a peak or several peaks of diffusion rate. Platforms diffusion can be divided to two stages: the stage before its take-off of potential market size and the stage after its take-off of potential market size. At the stage before its take-off of potential market size, platforms diffusion on one side has restriction in its diffusion on the other side. At the stage after its take-off of potential market size, platforms diffusion on one side accelerates its diffusion on the other side.

Abstract: The acquisition is a effective way of enterprise expand market share, improving the competition ability and economic benefit, however, the risk passes through the entire merger and acquisition activity, including financial risk is a successful merger or not. Enterprise merger is a kind of high yield, high risk investment activities. Especially enterprise merger uncertainty characteristics which greatly increased the risk of mergers and acquisitions. The empirical results show that enterprise merger failure rate is very high. How to guard against the risk, increase the probability of successful merger, almost become involved in the enterprise merger each common concern. This article through the study of potential merger of the financial risk, puts forward the prevention measures, and we hope it can provide reference for m&a standard mergers and acquisitions.

Abstract: The face of the world economic development has transitioned to a low-carbon economy, in order to meet the dual challenges of climate change and scientific development, the development of low-carbon economy has become the reality of the development of key choice. In this background, based on energy consumption situation in Hebei Province,we use GM (1,1) gray prediction model to predict Hebei Provinces energy consumption and energy consumption structure in 2003-2010. Based on the analysis of the results, support from the policies, laws, and adjust the industrial structure, promote the three levels of the low-carbon concept has made a number of recommendations for the Hebei Province future energy planning and low-carbon development.

Abstract: To build a service-oriented government is the general direction of the administrative reform in China. Its not only the remodeling of the relationship between government and the market and corporate. But also its a thorough transformation of government management mode. Especially in the new SEZ booming context, the construction of service-oriented government has increasingly become a central element of the comprehensive reform of the SEZ. By define the meaning of service-oriented and analysis the necessity and possibility of building a service-oriented government in the context of SEZ, and Combined with the SEZ development practice, it come up with a specific implementation path of Building service-oriented government in the context of the new SEZ from foster people-oriented concept, improve the legal system, the transformation of government functions, improve the overall quality of government officials. This article aims to provide a reference for the construction of the service-oriented government.

Abstract: to accelerate the construction of army equipment support, the concept of army equipment support transformation demonstration system is put up and the theory of demonstration system is concluded. By analyzing the equipment support transformation, the connotation is discussed and the transformation frame is given. By applying the system engineering meta-synthetic engineering office, the equipment support transformation demonstration system logical framework and the equipment support emulation model system is set up and the equipment support efficiency evaluation procedure is analyzed. The basis is offered for the subsequent army equipment support demonstration system.

Abstract: Copula model and the application of the model in financial market risk management are discussed in this paper. The paper establishes a dynamic Copula model to solve the financial market risk management problems on the basis of Copula research. Through the use of statistics and financial theories and Copula model, the thesis studies the applications of Copula model in the financial risk management and resolves the problem whether there exists financial crisis contagion or not. The results indicate that the applications of model in the financial market risk management are effective, and the research on the problem should be done in-depth.

Abstract: Text visualization method depends on the contents of documents to analyze patterns and abstract characters. However, visualizing the scholar text as an understandable view for users is a challenging. We propose an interactive model to collect, analyse and visualize co-authoring data of publication information. We divide the author to students and advisors. This approach can be used for observe the research performance of students and advisor separately. Especially, we analyse the contribution of each author by presenting the quantity and quality of publications. Meanwhile, the rank of the most important authors is shown in the interface which is designed to access publication details easily. Our conception comes from our experiences designing the Scholar Browser for a university which displays research quality.
