Abstract: To optimize the structure of enterprise information systems, this paper deals with a new approach to optimize the structure of object-based knowledge mesh (OKM) based on time performance, which is the formal representation of enterprise information systems. Firstly, the relationships between knowledge points are discussed, and time performance of knowledge point relationships is discussed. Then, the representation of knowledge point construction based on the binary tree is proposed, which solves the coding problem of optimization. And then, based on the improved immune genetic algorithm, the structure of OKM is optimized. Finally, the new approach is exemplified and verified, and the optimized the structure of OKM is obtained, which lays the foundation for performance optimization of enterprise information systems.

Abstract: With the development of Internet, Mobile Internet and The Internet of things, no one can deny that the era of massive data has come. Hadoop distributed system provides reliable parallel computing service by cheap PC clustering. It has irreplaceable advantages in scalability, robustness, calculated performance and cost. In fact, it has been a mainstream analysis platform of big data. In this paper, the classification characteristics of big data analysis were enumerated, the Pig platform system architecture was explained mainly. The functions of Pig platform engine front and after were introduced exactly. When Pig platform processes Pig Latin script, logic plan, physical plan and MapReduce plan will be produced. The concrete process was illustrated combined with examples in paper.

Abstract: This paper provides a complete performance index for survivability from the aspects of index content, attack phases and evaluating standard, proposes a framework for performance index which can present the survivability, and formalizes the index system. On the basis of which, abstracts the mathematical model of index system, analyses and validates that the proposed index system has the features of standardization and completeness. This research is significant to quantitative evaluation for information systems survivability.

Abstract: The paper mainly discusses the genetic algorithm to optimize the test paper module and Research and Implementation of online self-test system. Online self-test characteristics of the system, coding, crossover and mutation improvement on traditional genetic algorithm. Experimental results show that, the improved genetic algorithm has better performance than the conventional genetic algorithm, improves the efficiency of solving the quality of test paper and issues, promotes a more widely used online self-testing system in the field of education.

Abstract: Base on the study of interactive collaborative learning system, a construction program of a knowledge-centric interactive collaborative learning system is proposed. The program adopts the knowledge point as the smallest element of teaching resource library, and constructs knowledge model through the relationship between knowledge points. In this paper, the course Computer Organization Principles is taken as an example to build knowledge point repository which is with a certain applicable value and be of guiding significance for the subsequent collaborative learning research.

Abstract: in order to reduce the congestion in AODV protocol and decrease the time taking to find the route, CA-AODV protocol was applied to a routing selection algorithm with cognitive ability of an ant colony algorithm. The algorithm uses probability routing and diffusion of pheromone improving routing search capabilities, around development send congested nodes, to improve the route algorithm performance, enhance the adaptability of the algorithm. By comparing the improved routing algorithm With the original AODV protocol, the simulation results show that, the routing algorithm reduces the end-to-end delay and network congestion.

Abstract: According to the analysis for gene sequence, various data analysis as well as a variety of software and tools needs to be integrated, also the friendly graphical interface is a must. Based on this, we propose to build a software tool named GSA (gene sequence analysis tool) which is Java-based J2EE environment based on workflow. This tool provides a unified data, algorithm interface and visualization graphical interface, not only integrates a variety of sequence analysis algorithms, but also to achieve the integration of heterogeneous data. The workflow mechanism of GSA provides a collaborative research solution for the field of sequence analysis.

Abstract: For the new state of the triple play, video faces security problems and distrust problems between the subjects in the process of audit and distribution, and then we propose a new trust mechanism. The mechanism considering the video encoding, tampering and the human visual system (HVS), designs a method of video key information sampling, constructs a bit commitment (BC) protocol of sampling information group, and uses public key encryption for secure transmission by generating secret communication mark. The recipient verifies the communication mark and BC value to determine whether the video is tampered and locate the tampered area. The experimental results show that the mechanism has high security and credibility, effectively achieving the mutual trust between the subjects in the triple play.

Abstract: To make rapid implementation and verification for the systems becomes important in frontend Application Specific Integrated Circuits. Therefore, a field programmable gate array based hardware/software codesign prototyping environment is proposed to simulate the software implementation and verify the hardware implementation of a baseband OFDM system. The system is implemented by software and hardware partitions, respectively. The analog radio frequency front-end module helps take a full insight into the actual baseband system performance. User datagram protocol is used for data transmission between these two partitions, and hence makes a complete baseband system. With the proposed codesign environment, the software simulation is running over real wireless channels, and the hardware implemental results can be flexibly processed in real time and enhances the design efficiency.
