Abstract: With the promotion of information technology in various fields, the amount of data grow crazily, how to find what we need in the information ocean is a problem to be solved, and the data mining technology has made the issue to be resolved. This paper introduced the data mining knowledge briefly, for example: set theory, decision tree, clustering and association rules, artificial neural network, genetic algorithm and so on, then analysis the method of decision tree in detail by example.

Abstract: Based on Pulsed Coupled Neural Network Model, respectively to study the one-dimensional time series, row time series, column time series will keep some invariance by image migration. To apply this nature in iris recognition field, found that to extraction features using row time series method, which can resist rotation changes between the same samples, and keep enough details to distinguish between different samples. Compared with the traditional iris recognition method which using iris phase structure encoded, the results show that row time series method, is less sensitive for phase, and can resist rotation changes better, is effective.

Abstract: Nowadays, collected datas from existed substation are transported to the power supply bureau layer or YunNan grid layer in this way, it will not only cause the information sharing difficulty, but also make the information uninteroperable. While, intelligent substation construction program base on Internet of Things will greatly improve these problems.This paper gives the intelligent substation overall framework based on the Internet of Things makes a detailed introduction to implementation of technology.Finally, the intelligent substation unified information platform is designed based on the whole life cycle, in order to achieve the system intelligent monitoring, intelligent judgment, intelligent management, intelligent verification and so on. Through the unified information platform and experiment, the method is proved to be effective and feasible.

Abstract: E-commerce through the internet to provide online trading and management of the whole process of service, software is the foundation of E-commerce application. In connection with problem of E-commerce software development, this article study research .NET technology, the MVC mode of E-commerce software framework to support E-commerce software development, implement MVC pattern framework of E-commerce software, assist the development of E-commerce software. Firstly, research the function of the E-commerce software; then research work pattern which construct by the three core components of the model, view and controller MVC mode; Finally, research ASP.NET MVC framework, include the framework composition, processes, framework advantages and so on. use the development framework which this article research, is not only achieve a complete separation of the view, controller and model, and implement the separation of business logic and persistence layer, improve the software reusability and development efficiency.

Abstract: This article uses WebGIS technology to achieve the design and implementation of sports fitness service platform. Abstract: In the traditional project of industry control, the field operator is the only man who watches production condition at the production spot. Enterprise administers cannot obtain real-time production status and make real-time decision if they dont reach the production spot. Because of the development of Embedded Web Server such status is being changed. The remote monitor and control mode based on Embedded Web Server provides complete exact real-time information for managers, and makes it possible to make a decision in real time. In the paper, the design and implements of Embedded Web Server are presented and the key realization technology of it is described in detail. EWS (Embedded Web Server) will effectively lower system operating cost and improve maintaining efficiency, which has wide application prospect and popularization value in industrial control systems.

Abstract: With the development of economic globalization, the cultivation of business English Translators should follow the principle of compound talents training mode and improve the overall quality of the talent of business English translators. Business translation training plan has shortage of teaching content and lacks cross-cultural communication training program. Its teaching mission objectives is not new and business professional competence of teachers are not enough and the teaching method is too traditional and curriculum is unreasonable. Based on this situation, the paper does the digitization DRM solutions using the DRM digital control program based on multivariate intelligent teaching reform program of talent training. This paper establishes and develops the ODRL talent model and achieves the segmentation description and dynamic segmentation authorization of tasks and contents of business English translation courses. It also achieves the secondary development of DRM under the ODRL control model and verifies the feasibility and reliability of the translators training mode using the teaching effect evaluation method of OpenAPI , which provides a reliable theoretical basis for the reform of business English training model.

Abstract: In this paper, the technology of WIA (Wireless network for Industrial Automation) was utilized to detect the more frequent landslides, which are difficult to be predicted currently. WIA achieved real-time remote access to the mountains by collecting the real-time information of the mountain's water table, pressure and displacement, and transferring the data to a remote server by GPRS mobile communication. Thus, the obtained Mountain conditions can be used to predict landslides, and do scientific research. As a result, the low power and scalable monitoring of WIA plays an important role in detecting the natural disasters.

Abstract: DDoS attacks have relatively low proportion of normal flow in the boundary network at the attack traffic,In this paper,we establish DDoS attack detection method based on defense stage and defensive position, and design and implement collaborative detection of DDoS attacks. Simulation results show that our approach has good timeliness, accuracy and scalability than the single-point detection and route-based distributed detection scheme.
