Abstract: ATLAS is a kind of standard testing language.The test program developed by ATLAS has little to do with the actual hardware and is based on signal.So it can be widly used in all kinds of auto test equipment.A detailed process to develop ATE by ATLAS is described in this paper and good results have been obtained in the application. ATLAS is an ideal testing language to develop test program of ATE.

Abstract: In order to settle the problems in the test software developed by the traditional ways, such as poor universality, expansibility, and capability of upgrade and so on, an open software architecture of general ATS that framework, database and component is put forward in this paper, which on the basis of the framework and component technology, combined with the basic principle of the dynamic loading mechanism and database. This architecture can greatly simplify the test system structure, reduce the complexity of test system, and increase the inherent reliability. More importantly, it can be able to implement the technical upgrade and expansion of detection range without modifying the source code, and increase the flexibility and expandability of the general ATS effectively.

Abstract: The high complexity of very deep-submicron design makes their verification extremely challenging task. Various methodologies such as assertion-based verification and formal verification increase the confidence that a circuit is working according to specification, but in most of cases to guarantee a circuit is 100% compliant to its specifications is very difficulty . In this paper we present a platform for HW/SW Co-verification which takes both the advantages of hardware accelerators and the merit of reusable object-oriented verification method. According to the complex circuits, the experiment results show that this verification platform enhances the verification efficiency and function coverage.

Abstract: In recent research, to analyze the ChIP (chromatin immunoprecipitation) data, many algorithms and computer tools have been developed. Since these programs are developed by academic institutes independently, the lack of common standard makes the talks between them difficult. In this paper, we developed a software system based on workflow for ChIP data analysis, namely CTW (ChIP-Tool-Workflow). CTW is a java-based software platform, which provides a common development interface to integrate data and programs. At the moment, many data types and tools abstracted from CisGenome, MAT and QuEST are integrated. CTW is designed to meet all basic needs of ChIP data analyses, including visualization, data normalization, peak detection, false discovery rate computation, gene-peak association, and sequence and motif analysis. Because the interface developed is very general and flexible, new analysis tools can be integrated effectively as required. CTW implies an ideal environment for integrative Biological research.

Abstract: MapX is an ActiveX control product with powerful map analysis functions offered by Maplnfo Company.Because It does not support the topology of spatial data, the shortest path analysis has become a hot potato for MapX users to develop application systems. In this paper, several key technologies to establish the road topology structure based on MapX are discussed. On the base, an algorithm for finding the shortest path in road network is presented, and experimental result shows that the proposed algorithm is more practical and effective. At last, a brief conclusion as well as the expectation for the further study is made.

Abstract: The core of engineering education Accreditation is to estimate engineering education qualification of each institute and make a direction for institutes development. The purpose of Accreditation is to improve universities ability to educate high quality engineers and to enhance Chinese engineering education and to make pace with international engineering education. Educational resources that affect the engineering education accreditation is one of important factors, Therefore, the model of educational resource for engineering education Accreditation becomes very important to insure the quality of Accreditation. This paper use Cloud Hierarchical Analysis (CHA) to deal with the fuzziness and uncertainty in the engineering education Accreditation. The Cloud Hierarchical Analysis can efficiently describe the fuzziness and randomness of judgment graphically by cloud figure and provide a picture for decision maker. Using cloud operator and geometric mean method to calculate the Cloud weights for each positive reciprocal Cloud matrix, and these weights are combined to determine the final Cloud scores for the alternatives. Finally, the calculation results show that Cloud Hierarchical Analysis model is suitable for educational resources of engineering education Accreditation.

Abstract: In this paper,we analyzed the problems and challenges that US Army tactical data link system encountered when meeting the needs of network-centric warfare. On the basis of this, we put forward a new battlefield-oriented, demand-based, real-time serviced networking data link system---the joint data link system based on cloud computing, and discussed the key techniques in constructing the system. Simulation results show that the use of cloud technology in Joined Data Links can improve the system service level markedly.

Abstract: Network Coding is used to increase network throughput. In the network coding, network data packets will be encoded by the sender and the encoded data packets can be used by different receivers to recovery the same original data packets. This increases the network transmission efficiency. Coding on data will consume the computing resources and this becomes the bottleneck of network codings practicability. In this paper, we assume that the coding happens at the end of the network and we conduct some tests on the pc and hand-devices. Our results show that network coding can work well on current PC, and we need a native device support to make the network coding working on the hand-devices.
