Abstract: Random Access Procedure is a bridge between idle mode and connection mode in LTE system, and the algorithm of PRACH baseband signal we use will influence the performance of LTE system. A kind of High effective algorithm of PRACH baseband signal is introduced in this paper based on the research and analysis on the present PRACH baseband generation algorithm .By comparing and simulation, we find the algorithm introduced in this paper is feasible and effective. And this algorithm has been used in the RF conformance test system in LTE system.

Abstract: Dimensionality reduction (DR) of image features plays an important role in image retrieval and classification tasks. Recently, two types of methods have been proposed to improve both the accuracy and efficiency for the dimensionality reduction problem. One uses Non-negative matrix factorization (NMF) to describe the image distribution on the space of base matrix. Another one for dimension reduction trains a subspace projection matrix to project original data space into some low-dimensional subspaces which have deep architecture, so that the low-dimensional codes would be learned. At the same time, the graph based similarity learning algorithm which tries to exploit contextual information for improving the effectiveness of image rankings is also proposed for image class and retrieval problem. In this paper, after above two methods mentioned are utilized to reduce the high-dimensional features of images respectively, we learn the graph based similarity for the image classification problem. This paper compares the proposed approach with other approaches on an image database.

Abstract: In the TD-LTE system, RRC (Radio Resource Control) layer plays a very important role as the control center in the whole higher layer protocol. This paper introduces the function of RRC layer and mainly focuses on the RRC layer connection reconfiguration. This paper also illustrates design of function, signaling process and uses the third party terminal and tracking software to calculate the corresponding diagram in the domain of log, which checks the implementation of RRC layer connection and reconfiguration.

Abstract: In this paper, a new Intelligent Identification method based on wavelet packet decomposition and APSO-SVM was put forward. As is known the characteristic of pressure drop is nonlinear and non-stationary. The wavelet packet transform can decompose signals to different frequency bands according to any time frequency resolution ratio, the features are extracted from the differential pressure fluctuation signals of the air-water two-phase flow in the horizontal pipe and the wavelet packet energy features of various flow regimes are obtained. The adaptive particle swarm ptimization support vector machine was trained using these eigenvectors as flow regime samples, and the flow regime intelligent identification was realized. The test results show the wavelet packet energy features can excellently reflect the difference between four typical flow regimes, and successful training the support vector machine can quickly and accurately identify four typical flow regimes. So a new way to identify flow regime by soft sensing is proposed.

Abstract: In this paper, we introduced the basic concept and framework of Intelligent ODN. Based on our study of technology implementations, we summarized implementation solutions of Intelligent ODN. And based on real network operation experience, we firstly provide a suit of function specifications of Intelligent ODN networks. Provided implementation solutions and function specifications can be used as a guide for the realization of Intelligent ODN.

Abstract: In video image sequences, assume that face forms larger interference in athletic process and use traditional algorithm to extract facial features which may lead to target pixel blending and feature missing problems. Three-dimensional face reconstruction has poor authenticity and characteristic distortion. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes an anti-interference three-dimensional motion face feature extraction method based on multiple target constraint stereoscopic vision algorithm. Extract different facial images target feature points from video sequence, accurately calculate characteristics deformation in the process of face movement by adopting deformation constraint analysis method, resist the interferences of characteristics loss, and then make use of stereo vision technology to extract three-dimensional facial features. The experimental results show that this algorithm can effectively improve three-dimensional facial feature extraction in motion state, and achieve satisfactory results.

Abstract: Analyzing the defects of two-dimensional facial expression recognition algorithm, this paper proposes a new three-dimensional facial expression recognition algorithm. The algorithm is tested in JAFFE facial expression database. The results show that the proposed algorithm dynamically determines the size of the local neighborhood according to the manifold structure, effectively solves the problem of facial expression recognition, and has good recognition rate.

Abstract: This paper discusses the surface profile method based on image registration, and illustrates the principle and key points of registration algorithm based on surface profile. Canny operator is adopted to extract the surface contour and method based on quaternion and the singular value decomposition is used for space registration of the corresponding points, as well as the closest iterative search (ICP). In order to improve the registration speed, we adopt multiple step iteration method, which has been proved to be a reliable method according to the experiment.

Abstract: This paper explains a method to design a RF system using FPGA and DSP. After DSP sending RF circuit controlling words to FPGA through its EMIF interface, FPGA then imitate the behavior of the EMIF interface to receive these information. The received data will be used to configure the RF circuit correctly. Data information will be sent to FPGA in the same way by DSP when RF circuit is configured completely, Then FPGA sends baseband data to RF circuit which convert it to RF signal. Through simulation, synthesis, plate level verification, and online debugging, this design has realized the correct RF control system, which has been used in the development of RF conformance test instruments.

Abstract: Decoying technology is an effective mean to antagonize anti-radiation missile. Based on the basic principle of active decoy in antagonizing ARM, the critical resolution angle is clearly defined at first, and the scheme of active decoys is discussed in this paper. With wind speed, angular measuring error and lateral load failure considered, tow-source, three-source and four-source deploy scheme are presented and their operation effectiveness is simulated and analyzed. And under the condition that the distance between two radiation sources is changed, the operation effectiveness also is simulated. After contrast and analysis, three-source equilateral triangle layout is proved to be the most reasonable. The optimal distance also is given in this paper.
