Abstract: Dechlorane plus (DP) is a world-widely used flame retardant detected in the environment, biota and humans. The potential toxicity effect of DP is not well studied. In this research, mice were fed with DP-containing food. After two weeks, histopathological observation and oxidative stress was investigated in mouse liver. Our results demonstrated that over-dose DP induced inflammatory infiltration, hepatocellular swelling and oxidative stress in the mouse liver.

Abstract: Background: Several independent studies have previously demonstrated an association of some polymorphisms in 9p21 locus with coronary risk disease. So this study aimed to evalute whether the SNP rs1333049 in 9p21 locus influenced susceptibility of gout which has been described as a risk factors for coronary heart disease. Methods: One case-control study was performed consisting of 20 healthy participants and 20 patients with gout. Statistical analysis was performed by software SPSS 16.0 afer genotyping with AS-PCR method. Results: The the cases and controls were in conformity with the Hardy-Weinberg law. The genotypes and alleles in this site was no diffence between the cases and the controls. Conclusions: The number of samples is critical for statistical analysis. It is necessary to study larger samples to get small infinite errors in results.

Abstract: Blue mold, caused by Penicillium. italicum, is one of the most damaging postharvest diseases of citrus fruit. P. italicum Sterol 14α-demethylase (PiCYP51), an important enzyme in membrance sterol biosynthesis, is a key target of antifungal compounds for citrus disease caused by P. italicum. The three-dimensional structure of PiCYP51 from P. italicum Chinese isolate (HS-1) was constructed through homology modeling basing on the crystal structure of human CYP51. After molecular dynamics (MD) simulation, the refined model was assessed by PROCHECK on the quality. Following evaluation on the reliability was performed by investigating the binding interaction of two commercial sterol 14α-demethylase inhibitors (DMIs) with the enzyme. The binding mode predicted by the molecular docking revealed that the DMIs interacted with PiCYP51 mainly through hydrogen-bonding and hydrophobic interactions. Furthermore, the results were compatible with the detected EC50 values, which were determined as 0.25 and 0.31mg/L for tebuconazole and diniconazole. The binding mode of antifungal agents with PiCYP51 can provide references for DMIs optimization, virtual screening, or de novo antifungal compounds design.

Abstract: With the advances of computer science and technology, the visualization computer technology profoundly affects and changes people's understanding of the traditional visual language and promotes the continuous progress of the building decoration design. Its function of repeatedly revised not only can improve the quality of design but also can shorten the design cycle. The characteristics of building decoration design and the advantages of application of visual computer technology were first analyzed; based on analyses, the article explores the reliabilities of visualization computer technology in architectural decoration design. Linear model provides a theoretical basis and practical support for the development of architectural decoration design in a certain extent.

Abstract: To improve the drying rate and to reduce the energy consumption of aquatic product, scallop muscle were treated with high pulse electric field (HPEF) in different frequency, and different voltage. The hot air drying rate of treated scallop muscle was determined, meanwhile, several quality parameters such as the shrinkage and rehydration rate of samples with pretreatment were determined to compare with those of untreated samples. The results indicated that the drying rate of scallop muscle can be improved by HPEF pretreatment without affecting the quality, and 22.5kV for pretreatment voltage and 50Hz for pretreatment frequency is the optimum treated parameters.

Abstract: In order to study the effects of electromagnetism on micrococcaceae, in this paper, micrococcaceae was treated by electric field of different intensity and magnetic field of the different intensity, at the same time, the optical density and pH of micrococcaceae with treatment were determined to compare with those of untreated samples. Results showed that the growth rate of micrococcaceae can be improved by electric field from 0.5V /cm to 2.5V/ cm and magnetic field from 4mT to 10mT, and, 1.5V/cm for electric field and 8 mT for magnetic field is the optimum treated parameters.

Abstract: Pulmonary embolism mortality rate is very high disease, especially for acute pulmonary embolism with other disease mortality. Treatment of pulmonary embolism method is mainly to drug therapy. Pulmonary embolism in the acute phase of drug treatment strategies is mainly for anticoagulation and thrombolysis. Through the lungs scanning, decision of thrombolysis success or fail. This paper puts forward a kind of algorithm that analysis quantitatively the degree of thrombolysis by the computer. Firstly, making use of the Hessians eigenvalue and diffuse equation enhance pulmonary embolism vessel, and then pulmonary embolism vessel segmentation based on a LEVEL-SET. At lastly, According to the eigenvalue of blood vessels, remove the blood vessels edge line, and the rest relevant to edge point. According to the each point of eigenvector and eigenvalue, quantitative analysis of the degree of thrombolysis.

Abstract: We propose a approach to determine features directly based on classification target of proteomic profile, which combines minimum redundancy maximum relevance (MRMR) and support vector machines (SVM). Firstly, the profile are preprocessed through iterative minimum in adaptive setting window (IMASW) and searching window methods for correcting negative intensities caused by manual preprocessing and peak picking. Then, MRMR and support vector machines (SVM) techniques were used to identify biomarkers and build discrimination model. With an optimization of the parameters involved in the modeling, a satisfactory model was achieved for ovarian cancer diagnosis based on proteomic peptide profile dataset. To study the performance of MRMR, we applied two statistical method, t test and Wilcoxon signed-rank test, to identify features. The results show that MRMR method is more efficient.

Abstract: Pain is one of the most important sensations in daily life, it is necessary to get the essence and mechanism of pain in pain treatment and control. In this article, the pain was induced through injection of angelica on the left shoulder of 12 volunteers, as placebo-control stimulation, the isotonic saline was injected. And through the spectrum analysis of EEG, the EEG feature, the power percentile of δ ,θ, α, β were extracted during the experiment to study the modulation effect of pain on brain information and central mechanism. The research demonstrated that the δ band energy ratio increased and the θ, α, β band energy ratio decreased after pain stimulation, though the activated areas were not strictly same, they mainly located on the left frontal cortex, left temporal cortex, left parietal cortex, occipital cortex. It indicated that these areas were modulated significantly by pain stimulation.
