Analysis for Operation Control System Based on IDEF Method

Article Preview

Abstract:

The optimal operation of the process is achieved as a whole by analyzing the hierarchical control system for industrial process operation based on IDEF method. A loop setting controller is projected for the generalized object consisting of the controlled process and the lower-level control system by using the IDEF method. According to the desired technical indices, the loop setting controller is able to automatically adjusts the set points for the lower-level controllers from top to bottom, meet the requirements of operation control for the production process, ensure the quality of products and stable operation of the production process.
