Control System of Low Carbon and Energy-Saving Radiant Heating

Abstract:

According to the characteristics of large space building's heating, the effect in energy saving and environmental protection is analyzed on Radiant heating and Convection heating. Then Radiant heating consists of burners, radiation pipe, reflection plate, vacuum blowers and exhausted pipe. Based on the requirement of the radiation heating system, the radiant heating controller is studied and developed with C8051F340 MCU. The control principle, control hardware, control algorithm and control software process are described. Implementation of HMI is on the touch screen by industrial series RS232 interface.
