Abstract: The series approximation in the EKF algorithm can lead to low estimated accuracy and poor robustness. To this end, the paper proposes Limit Memory Extended Kalman Filter (LEKF) algorithm which is based on the nonlinear Limited Memory Filter (LMF).Next the paper develops the model of nonlinear state-measurement for rectangular beam of dual-E elastic body of six-axis force sensor by the relationship between strain and deflection. Moreover, The EKF algorithm which is combined with the LMF algorithm can only use the first N-1 measurements that are nearest the current time to compute the optimal estimation. Finally, the effect of old measurements can be reduced substantially. Comparing with the LMF and the EKF in terms of filtering effect by simulation experiments, it is shown that the LEKF algorithm provides higher estimated accuracy and better rubustness to eliminate the noise signal.

Abstract: The desertification to Chinas Beijing-Tianjin area is analyzed by using the state of vegetation, soil moisture and meteorological data that are collected by the satellites. The state of vegetation, soil moisture and long-term changes of temperature and precipitation in the selected study areas (that are near Beijing-Tianjin area) is analyzed and compared, from which the trend of desertification is predicted. Thus the effective long-term protection and control strategy can be set up.

Abstract: Based on the concept of ecological civilization construction, the paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system, standard and model of ecological civilization construction. Using Analytical Hierarchy Process based on Entropy Technical and Grey Correlation Method, the paper calculates and analyzes the ecological civilization construction level of Inner Mongolia during 1990 to 2010. The results show: The ecological civilization construction level in Inner Mongolia rises ceaselessly since 1990 and it is in the intermediate stage at present. The development speed of ecological civilization construction has stage characteristics during the study period and it has entered the period of accelerated development since 2003. But the development trend of each component index of ecological civilization construction is not the same. Ecological environment, ecological security and ecological economic index improved significantly, while ecological social and ecological culture construction level is relatively low and develop slowly.

Abstract: Using finite element software SAP2000 solid model element to simulate the infill walls filled wall by the elastic conditions, and to simplify the calculation model, the use of elastic mechanics calculated infill wall subjected to earthquake plane wall crack development trend of the structure designed to prevent cracks in the wall of the measures will certainly help.

Abstract: In the experiment of cavitation, the same water tunnel with different model size will get cavity shape that is different from the result of the empirical formula under the same cavitation number. In this article, we studied the impact of wall effect on natural cavity shape and the resistance of cavitator. We get the cavity shape and resistance of cavitator under different diameter ratio. We also get the law how cavity shape and resistance of cavitator change with the diameter ratio. The results provide a reference for experiment in water tunnel and the simulation model.

Abstract: The debris flow in Jiasikou gully was a typical gully debris flow, which was located in Li xian, Sichuan province, China. According to the basic characteristics of the valley and the debris flow, we analyzed the formation conditions of the debris flow in Jiasikou gully, including topography, water source and sediment source. And we calculated the main dynamic parameters, such as bulk density, flow rate, flow capacity, sediment flush-out and impulse power. Combining the features of above mentioned, we discussed the development trend of the debris flow, and put forward recommendation that blocking dam and diversion dike engineering should be carried out.

Abstract: Aiming at the common quality faults of scaling and corrosion in circulating cooling water, water quality index were often used to determine the scaling and corrosion of circulating cooling water quality trends. Prediction model of corrosion and scaling rate was built based on BP Neural Network in this paper. The optimal initial individuals were written into the network operating system to optimize the disadvantages of weights and thresholds in BP neural network based on genetic algorithm. The prediction function would output after the network training after comparison of predicted and actual values of the model. The performance of the actual situation was verified to match the model prediction.

Abstract: According to mineral blending problem of poly-metallic deposits, this paper addresses a single-objective blending model and a multi-objective blending model separately. An open-pit copper-molybdenum mine was chosen as an engineering background to demonstrate these two models. Then actual blending results of two models were analyzed comparatively. It is concluded that multi-objective mineral blending model is more suitable for practical production in poly-metallic deposits with more flexibility and accuracy.

Abstract: With the rapid development of economy, the shortage of water resources became more serious at the eastern of Handan city, it is important to allocate the limited water resources reasonably. Based on the multi-objective planning theory, building up the model of the optimal allocation water resources. The goal of the model targeted at the maximum benefits of the economy, the society and the environment, which solved by PSO, to acquire the water resources optimal allocation program of different guaranteed rate in 2030, and supply the basis for the water resources planning and management. The results of optimal allocation show that the PSO is feasible in the water resources optimal allocation.

Abstract: Water exchange ability is an important index for the evaluation of water environment and prediction of pollutant in harbor. In this paper, the hydrodynamic model and Lagrange particle tracking model were built. The water exchange ability of North Harbor in Tianjin Lingang Economic Area was analyzed. The simulation results provided a scientific guide for the water protection and ecological reconstruction in Tianjin Lingang economic area.
