Abstract: Aiming at the applications of computer vision,a nonlinear image geometrical model for array CCD camera was build and the interior parameters and exterior parameters as well were analyzed.By applying Halcon calibration board with circular targets plane of matrix gridding type and functions library,a camera calibration algorithm and accuracy analysis were given.Experiments indicated that the parameters were accurate and this method is simple and it improves the calibration precision and computation speed, and has a good cross-platform portability.

Abstract: Visual attention mechanism is introduced into the traditional road disaster monitoring and early warning system. In this system, the disaster region is the focus of attention (FOA), which happens to be the object needed to process. Ittis algorithm [1]was used to extract the saliency map, then quickly located the regions which may contain disaster according to saliency. The recognition and early warning of disaster can be completed, quickly. This method was tested snowstorms and rolling stones are simulated, and gave the corresponding experimental results. Experiment results show the correctness and efficiency of introducing visual attention mechanism into road disaster monitor and early warning system. It is of great significance and practical value for reducing the computation and improving real-time performance of the total system.

Abstract: A test methodwas designed to evaluate the purification performance of Diesel exhausts four-effect catalytic purification system which was based on the oxidation catalyst, NOx reduction catalyst and carbon particles combustion catalyst.Then the method was usedto test the purification performance of a four-effect catalytic purification systemconsist of DOC,CDPF andSCR. The results of the test show that, with the use of the four-effect catalytic purification system, the combustion T50of the soot can reach 330 ~ 400 °C which shows that the combustion of the soot has been catalyzed effectively.The rate of the deoxidized NO can achieve 90% abovewhich shows thatthe selective deoxidation of the NOx has been catalyzed effectively.

Abstract: According to the characteristics of the incipient fire flame, combined with the color characteristic, static characteristic and dynamic characteristic, design identification model of Dynamic Fuzzy Logic (DFL), to determine the early fire quickly. First eliminate the least likely fire target, through the flame color characteristic. Then distinguish the fire target and interference, through the static characteristics, flame sharp and flame circularity. At last recognize the fire and secure flame, through the dynamic characteristics, flicker frequency and change rate of area. Through the DFL Model, identify whether it is the incipient fire. The results of the experiments show that this method can identify the early fire accurately, with stronger anti-jamming.

Abstract: Using Bayesian Network is currently an effective solution to automotive fault diagnosis. However, Bayesian Networks can only be used to reason and calculate probability of component failure. During a fault troubleshooting process, apart from fault probability, diagnostic engineers also need consider the utilities of repair actions to make a sensible repair decision. The paper extends a Bayesian Network to a Bayesian influence diagram, which integrates the influences of both probability and utility. An automobile engine start-up failure is used as a case study to establish troubleshooting decision influence diagram. The diagram combines failure causes, decision actions with their utilities and is able to reason and calculate the expected utilities of each action. Troubleshooters choose faulty component with the highest utility to repair. The method ensures the most sensible repair action is selected in each troubleshooting step.

Abstract: Metal wear debris is an important component of contamination in lubrication oil, and is also an essential information carrier in hydraulic oil. Based on inductive Coulter counting principle, a microfluidic device to detect metal wear debris in oil is presented in this paper. The proposed device can make the distance between the particles in oil and the embedded induction coil very small, and hence greatly improve the sensitivity of the detection. The results indicate that eddy current within particles increase ability to detect copper particles, and decrease the sensitivity to iron particle.

Abstract: Aiming at improving the present traffic weighing method, a kind of traffic weighing device based on capacitance weighing is developed. In this paper, the devices design, structure and measuring principle are introduced, and measuring process of static characteristics is mainly discussed. The related experiment data is given. On the basis of testing data, error analyzing is done from nonlinearity, repeatability and hysteresis. And the correction method of hysteresis is presented at last. This vehicle capacitance weighing device possesses outstanding advantages. Therefore it has a certain practical value.

Abstract: The broken-blade propeller induced centrifugal force and hydrodynamic lateral component force will cause the whirling vibration of the shaft system while one of the propeller blades breaks at different positions. Such whirling vibration is investigated in this paper, and the time domain waveform is obtained through using the finite element method. The frequency domain vibration is then calculated by applying Fourier transformation on its time domain waveform. According to the respond results of both time domain and frequency domain, the fault diagnoses technology of shaft vibration is proposed.
