Abstract: In order to enhance the robustness of database watermark, a watermarking algorithm for relational database copyright protection is proposed. Some types of data are selected from the relational database according to filtering rules, and two-dimension signal is formed. Then, the watermarking is embedded into the wavelet domain of two-dimension signal. We analyze that the wavelet high frequency coefficients of corresponding data follow the Gauss distribution and give the definition of the intensive factor. Employing the linear correlation detecting method, we can embed the watermark successfully in wavelet domain. The watermark can be distributed to different parts of the relational database. Experimental results show that the embedded digital watermarks with the proposed algorithm are invisible and some degree of robustness against the commonly used database processing techniques.

Abstract: Existing bit rate control methods for image sequence are not user friendly because finding a suitable quantization parameter is difficult. In addition, these methods commonly make use of a linear prediction model for time correlation, which may not be accurate in practice. In this paper we present a new algorithm for bit rate control. It starts with preprocessing step which analyzes the quantization parameters before coding image sequence. It also takes into consideration the characteristics of the image sequence Experimental results show that: the presented algorithm can accurately control the bit rate and significantly increase the peak signal to noise ratio value for a given image.

Abstract: This article briefly introduces the iron ore grinding classification process and analyzes the distribution of mining energy consumption. To realize the energy conservation of the mill by using genetic BP neural network, we make MATLAB simulation test. It shows feasibility and superiority of the control scheme, which has some meaning for energy conservation and reducing consumption of iron mine.

Abstract: Long-term sales forecasting is a problem that has been focused on for a long time. In order to forecast the long-term sales of an industry or an enterprise accurately, a new method based on Grey Model and Artificial Neural Network is proposed in this paper. The effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method is verified by simulation experiment using sales data of the manufacturing and trade industry provided by the U.S. government.

Abstract: Archive management system based on modern information technology as the support, the archives information as management object, the archives work as the core and implement management information system, database design is the core work of the development of archives management system work, this article launches the research from four aspects according to the database design process. First, from the business requirements, functional requirements, performance requirements, such as security requirements for demand analysis; Second, according to the result of requirement analysis, conceptual design using E-R diagram; Third, converting E-R diagram logic structure supported by the database management system; Fourth, for the logic model to determine the storage structure and access method. In this paper, it based on the relational database design, a relational database with full-text database is the development direction of the future.

Abstract: When multiple users share the same channel at one time, the total throughput of the communication system can be maximized by allocating the common radio resource to the user or the user group having the best channel quality at a given time and the multiuser diversity gain can be obtained. The object to select the users in the best group is to select the users with the maximum sum capacity. Because of the co-channel interferences among the users, user in the best group is often not the user with the best channel quality when only does it transmit to the base station. As for a scheduling algorithm, exhaustive algorithm is to search the whole possibilities of the user group and is an approach that can get the largest capability of the system by multi-user scheduling. However, this algorithm is quite complex and usually brings huge workload to a base station with multiple antennas, hence the cost of operation to a base station has substantially increased. We propose a fast user selection algorithm with low complexity to reduce the computational complexity of the scheduling algorithm. From the simulation results, this algorithm not only decreases the computational complexity of the scheduling algorithm but also retains large capability of the MIMO system.

Abstract: For the problems in process routing optimization of Computer Aided Process Planning (CAPP) system, the major shortcomings in the previous were analyzed and corresponding means for improving were put forward. Process digraph, as an effective process routing decision-making model, was established based on precedence constraints among operations. An algorithm was designed to operate the process digraph and then a number of process plans all feasible were obtained for the initial population. In order to solve the problem that some infeasible process plans generating in evolutionary process, the repair method of infeasible process plan in the evolution process was proposed. A case study has been carried out to demonstrate the feasibility and efficiency of the proposed approach. Finally, conclusions and future work are summarized.
