Study on Railway Materials Procurement Online

Abstract:

As the bullet train, the high-speed train put into service one after another, China's railway transportation construction completed the decades of development in the developed countries within just five years. Railway department material supplies were essential to the rapid development of railway transportation construction. The way of material purchasing bidding online not only save time and cost than that of personnel going to and from the bidding site in the past, but also it can better meet different requirements of railway procurement needs. At the same time, the automatic cohesion of procurement process (bidding, consultation, evaluation, etc. ) guide the bidders to bid timely and accurate.
