Abstract: Now thin coal seam mining technology and equipment falls behind and the researches on hydraulic support is not enough, this paper introduces the structure and design characteristics of hydraulic support of thin coal seamm, systematically describes the automatic control function, and establishes simple planar models of thin coal hydraulic support. Successful application of the support provides methods and experiences for design and manufacture of thin coal seam hydraulic support.

Abstract: For a cylinder-beam integrated hydraulic press (CBIHP), the hydraulic cylinder is also functioned as an upper beam. It is the key structural component that outputs the driving force to forge parts. Compared with the traditional three-beam and four-column hydraulic press which has a cylindrical hydraulic cylinder, the structure and force distribution are significantly different for CBIHP. It is able to have higher nominal force and larger section of plunger which the pressure is applied on when the contour geometric dimension is the same. Also, CBIHP has lighter weight and larger section modulus when the nominal force is the same than the traditional hydraulic press. Finally, a 6300KN cylinder-beam integrated hydraulic press, which is the first CBIHP in the world and designed by Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT) in 2012, is also introduced in this paper. It can be seen from the results of numerical simulation for the CBIHP that both of the stresses and displacements on the press in the loading process are allowable.

Abstract: The article discusses the cause and necessity of the window fillet radius of C1206C which is a kind of bearing ring automatic clamping lathe equipment. The static and modal performance were analyzed by finite element software ANSYS and an value range of the window fillet radius was put forward. The result of this work has an obvious guiding effect on promoting the performance of the product.

Abstract: this paper designs a redundant second fall detection device. On the basis of the traditional mechanical press slider second fall detection device, this new type device adds an MCU detection unit independent of traditional PLC system. Using the magnetic rotary encoder to replace traditional photoelectric encoder, realize non-contact measuring angle, which can reduce the probability of component failure. Compared with the traditional second fall detection device, this kind of redundant type second fall protection device can greatly increase the safety performance of the mechanical press.

Abstract: Planetary gearboxes are required in many applications but have a high failure rate especially in wind turbines where rapid growth in turbine size is placing larger demands on the gearboxes. Current condition monitoring techniques are less effective at detecting faults in planetary gearboxes due to the complexity of the internal rotating components. A small scale planetary gearbox was, therefore, needed for testing on a gearbox test rig to develop a more effective method of condition monitoring. The detailed computer design and manufacture of the planetary gearbox for this purpose is detailed in this paper.

Abstract: The energy saving is the important principle of the future development of our country, reasonable and efficient use of resources in the industrial production has become increasingly concerned topic. This paper studies the industrial dryers in the washing system, through the analysis of flow field simulation, points out the existing dryers in the working process of the structure is unreasonable, inadequate energy utilization, etc. Based on flow field simulation, the internal structure optimization design of the dryer, the optimized flow field structure is more reasonable, dryer air in the dryer average velocity increased, thus improve the drying efficiency and energy saving.

Abstract: This paper presents Two-phase Anaerobic Baffled Reactor (TAABR) and sequencing batch reactor (SBR) to remove N, P and COD of Sewage. The influence factors of temperature, volume load and different effects on the TAABR running process running were studied to obtain the optimum operation conditions. The results are as follows: 1. The experiment uses the start method that by shortening HRT to raise the load, after 53 days completes ABR start.2. Suggest the best HRT is 6 h when the craft processes sewage. 3. The temperature has an influence on clean effect of the system, when the temperature descends from 20 °C to 10 °C, system clean rate of average COD descends from 87.1% to 52.4%. 4. TN, TP and COD concentrations of the effluent all reach the level of the national standards for the discharge of GB18918-2002.

Abstract: In order to evaluate the assembly precision of the CNC machine tools influenced by the joint surface characteristics effectively, a method is proposed in this paper. Finite element analysis is used to obtain joint surface deformation data, and then a second-order response surface model is established as a surrogate model to express the function of joint surface static characteristics and deformation. The error propagation in assembly sequence is obtained, so that the assembly precision of CNC machine tools can be evaluated effectively.

Abstract: This paper aims to investigate fixed composition natural gases including N2, CH4 and C2H4 energy separation effect in vortex tube. Energy separation phenomena of those gases were investigated by means of three-dimensional Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) method. Flow fields of natural gases in fixed inlet boundary conditions were simulated. The results main factors were found that affect the energy separation with cold mass fraction being 0.7 and pressure drop ratio being 3.90. At the same time, this paper has illustrated the effects and tendencies of energy separation with gases in the tube under the same cold mass flow fraction and cold pressure ratio. The results show mixture gases total temperature difference effect is unchanged varied with the cold mass fraction; CH4% has no effect on the vortex cold end temperature separation, but varied of CH4% has an influence in total temperature and hot end separation effect; total temperature separation effect of CH4% was divided into two sections, one is0%-80%, and the other 80%-100%.
