Abstract: The fabrication of high aspect ratio macropore silicon arrays (MSA) on n-type silicon under optimum photo-electrochemical (PEC) etching (anodization) conditions was demonstrated. The depth of the MSA can reach 350 μm with an aspect ratio of more than 100. With the presence of AOS (a type of anionic surfactant) in the electrolyte, the pore walls solution is slowest, and is more suitable for the preparation of high aspect ratio n-type MSA. The etching voltage is critical for the formation of high aspect ratio MSA on n-type silicon. The relative spectral response curve was measured for silicon photo-electrochemical etching. An IR-LEDs (850 nm) array was proposed as light source for illumination of whole silicon wafers, which was proved available.

Abstract: Production rhythm speeding up, requiring the on-machine measurement quick and accurate, however, the measurement speed is increased along with the increase of dynamic error, so the study of dynamic error about on-machine measurement system is particularly important. This paper introduced Bayesian network to the study of dynamic error modeling about on-machine measurement system, effectively expressed the relationship between the error sources and the dynamic error, and verified the feasibility of this method.

Abstract: Green manufacturing process is a key segment to guarantee green degree of products manufacturing course. In this paper, a kind of design system is presented by analyzing the function demand of the design system for green manufacturing process and then the modules which constituent the design system are analyzed in detail. Moreover, according to the design principle and the estimate indexes of green manufacturing process, the operation flow of the design system is introduced.

Abstract: Oxidation and reduction of high-titanium slag were conducted in a self-designed fluidized bed. Detailed analyses of the leaching mechanism and kinetics were also performed. The effects of oxidation temperature, oxidation time, reduction temperature, and time on leaching products and on the leaching behavior of impurity were systematically investigated via conditional tests. The optimal conditions of the conditional tests are as follows: oxidation temperature of 1,0001,100°C, oxidation time of 3070 min, reduction temperature of 700800°C, and reduction time of 90150 min. Scanning electronic microscope and X-ray diffract analyses show that the phase structure of the high-titanium slag changed after fluidizing oxidation and reduction, which is when a major phase of the high-titanium slag was changed from pseudobrookite to rutile. The change had an important role on pulverization ratio reduction and on the creation of a new technology route for the use of titanium resource in Panzhihua in manufacturing synthetic rutile.

Abstract: The study deals with the issue of combustion of process gas that resulted from the pyrolyticly processed varied organic materials. The study describes combustion properties of the gas and the properties of the combustion product considering kinds of the entry materials. The selected materials (coal, rubber, or biomass) were pyrolysed at the temperature of 650°C in the experimental system having the maximal heat output of 200 kW. It was the system with the continual intake of entry materials the flow of which could reach the maximum of about 150 kg.h-1.

Abstract: Electrolysis is the main method of refined copper smelting. In order to obtain high-quality refined copper, it needs to ensure that the negative plate in the electrolytic cell has a high flatness. The precise straightening device in roller leveler is the last step to ensure the negative plate of high quality flatness. Studying the influence of parameters of precise straightening in roller leveler on the flatness of the negative plate has an important significance. Precise straightening process were simulated in ANSYS/LS-DYNA. The results of simulation were analyzed, on the basis of better meeting the requirements of enterprise, the most reasonable set of matching parameters was chosen to provide a reference for the enterprise designing and studying the roller leveler.

Abstract: It has analyzed that there is no difference between positive and radial pressure of the interior of multi-directional squeeze casting solidified body. The isotropy of pressure makes the consistency of heat exchange coefficient of interface, crystalline growth velocity and plastic deformation, which thereby enables the solidification structure form of multi-directional squeeze casting parts to eliminate the defects of directional difference of single axis squeeze and non-uniformity of density. It has put forward that multi-directional squeeze casting technique shall be adopted for producing high-performance casting parts with uniform structure property and high density.

Abstract: Sewing machine oil chassis is manufactured by adopting the method of multi-directional squeeze casting liquid forging. When multi-directional pressure is applied on the template, forward and radial pressures inside the solidified body are the same at each direction according to calculation and analysis. The internal pressure inside the blanks is the same, and crystal growth rate and plastic deformation are consistent at each direction, therefore solidification tissue conformation of the cast during multi-directional squeeze casting liquid forging eliminates the defects of directional difference, uneven density, even looseness, cavity shrinkage and the like.

Abstract: Because of changes of the epoxy amount in syringe and air compressibility, the time-pressure dispensing has proven to be a challenging task in achieving a high degree of consistency in the dispensed liquid dots volume. Taking residual pressure and non-Newtonian fluid into consideration, a self-adaptive model of the dispensed liquid dots volume was developed for the whole dispensing process. Based on the liquid dots volume model, combined with the syringe air chamber volume prediction model, a time-pressure switch control method was put forward following the principle of time preference control. Numerical simulation has been conducted in the MATLAB using the conventional PI algorithm. Results show that the self-adaptive model can be very well response to the influences of air chamber volume changes to the dispensed liquid dots volume and the proposed control method can significantly improve the dots volume consistency.

Abstract: This paper introduces a kind of double girder 20t Longmen crane. In view of the Longmen crane in span and weight has been established, the design of a double spiral lifting mechanism and a saddle type self-defense structure, thereby reducing the stress of main beam, reducing weight based on security performance.
