As for the problem that pitching mechanism can not pitch up easily at the beginning since the shotcrete robot often work in the lower voltage situation, this paper theoretically analyzes the causes that voltage shortage brings on pitching mechanism pitching up underload and verifies the maximum load working position with ADAMS simulation analysis. In the design of shotcrete robot the pitch cylinder hydraulic drive system is improved and it proves good in its practice.
