Formation of Real-Time Wireless Sensor Network Based on CC2530

Article Preview

Abstract:

A real-time wireless sensor network (WSN) based on Zigbee technology is introduced in this paper. Sensing data, such as atmospheric pressure, temperature, humidity, orientation, illumination, wind speed and direction, can be captured in real time. It is designed with a RF MCU CC2530 and Zstack protocol of TI Corporation. The overall architecture of the system, detailed hardware design, and process of the system software are described in this paper. Experiment results show that this system operates stably, and has small delay, which will have a certain practical value.
