Abstract: Abstract. Springback is one of the main factors that affects the quality of sheet metal deep drawing. Due to the springback is inevitable, so to explore the springback law becomes an important content in the process of sheet metal forming. In this paper, the ETA/DYNAFORM finite element software was applied to simulate four different length-width radio model of rectangular box. The simulating data shows that the rectangular box with short straight edge rebounded inward when the central of the long straight edge rebounded outward and near the corner part rebounded inward. The study had a very important guiding significance to the stamping process of rectangular box part and mold design.

Abstract: The support reaction plays an important role to the shell stresses of rotary kiln, which is greatly affected by the kiln axis defection. The displacement measurement method along zero deformation direction is introduced, which can be used to monitor the defection of rotating center of kiln shell at the support pier exactly. The mechanical model to solve the support reactions is built based on the mechanical feature analysis of rotary kiln, and a fast solution to the support reactions is formed, the correlation between the support reactions and the axis defection can be obtained quickly by the method.

Abstract: According to the facts that similar measure between vague set is based on the distance measure mostly, A new similarity measure between vague sets based on information similarity coefficient is presented ,which can satisfy the axiom definition of similarity measure between vague sets. Finally ,an application in the field of content-based recommendation system of electric commerce is given .The example shows that the methods is practical and effective and can improve the quality and accuracy of the recommendation.

Abstract: Design the overall framework of a tracking system based on laser scanning . The system uses a two-dimensional scanning galvanometer agencies to complete scanning, uses the computer as the central control unit to process scanning the returned signal and control the whole system. Control system uses hierarchical ideology, with predictive control and PID control combination.

Abstract: With the method of artificial soil columns, several kinds of soil, such as, loam, clay, and sandy soil were used for FDR (frequency domain reflectometry) moisture sensor calibration experiment. Then, these data showed that the frequency of soil moisture sensor is monotone decreasing with the increase of soil volumetric water content, so the correlation is obvious. Different kinds of soil affected moisture sensor parameter remarkably. A better result would be obtained in classification calibration than that in concentration calibration. This experimental result had a great meaning for fine calibration of soil water automatic detector in the areas with complex kinds of soil.

Abstract: Most of electrical equipment failure are associated with overheating and have the characteristics of regional in power systems, temperature and grey value has the nonlinear mapping relationship in infrared image. In this paper, in order to extract image edge features, the infrared image would be preprocessed, then we can achieve identification mark of higher image gray value and automatic achieve the positioning of electrical equipments high temperature area by the topology matrix correction, and then using relative temperature difference method to judge electrical equipment failure. Experimental results show that this method can quickly and effectively locating and identify suspected overheat fault of electrical equipment.

Abstract: The infrared thermal imagery technology receives more and more attention in the civil engineering because of its unique advantages. But there is still room for more in-depth theoretical and experimental studies in the aspect of its applicable scope, test method, the result and the precision analysis and so on. Through the research of the infrared thermogram of water-containing and insulation-free roof specimen and glass fiber insulation roofing specimen, this paper mainly analyzes the factors which influence detection of the roof leakage by using infrared thermal method and gives some suggestion for the application of infrared thermal imaging in the roof leak detection. Thus it provides the theory basis and the technical reference for the actual infrared non-destructive testing.

Abstract: With the construction boost of China marine projects, it is necessary to perform underwater foundation monitoring. This paper describes the modification of two types of vibrating wire instruments to achieve the automatic measurement of surface settlement of underwater foundation. Thus surface settlement of underwater foundation can be monitored by automatic data acquisition, storage and transmission with help of current sophisticated automatic data acquisition, automatic storage and battery systems. The automatic monitoring system can provide real-time and reliable monitoring data to guide the marine construction.
