Abstract: Calculation and fitting of variogram is a very important problem in the study of geostatistics. With the need of practical application, variogarm with multiform definition has appeared. But, the study of variogram is mainly focus on the calculation and fitting of theoretical variogram, and less on the experimental variogram, more a lack of research on the automatic calculation. There is little research on experimental variogram. To strengthen the study of experimental variogram is the future trend of development.

Abstract: In order to find a more accurate center wavelength detection fitting algorithm for fiber Bragg grating (FBG) reflection spectrum, Based on the theory of neural network, we designed different neural network to study and fit the spectral data which has been acquired from FBG.In this paper,we have studied BP,RBFand wavelet neural network structure,comparing the network training time and the result of fitting curves ,wavelet neural network is proved to be the best fitting algorithm.

Abstract: Multi-exciter vibration test control system is the core of the multiple shaker vibration test, and multi-exciter vibration test control technology has become the hot point of vibration test field. Based on coherence principles, the coherence of two exciters control system was tested, the introduction of noise signal reduces the control coherence between the response spectrum and partial coherence between response and the corresponding drive signal. By means of increasing the coherence between drive signals, the control coherence between the response spectrum can be raised and control performance of system can be Improved. The above means could provide technical support for multi-exciter vibration test system development.

Abstract: Temperature control system of infrared heating oven in moisture analyzer is characteristic of nonlinear, time-varying and time-lag. A composite fuzzy control (CFC) method is proposed, which combines improved Bang-Bang control with two-stage intelligent fuzzy control. The control algorithm is implemented by MSP430F5438. When the temperature error e between the desired temperature and actual temperature in heating oven is larger than threshold value, the improved Bang-Bang controller is employed in rapidly reducing the error; to decrease the system overshoot, the basic fuzzy controller is used; to reduce the steady-state error of basic fuzzy controller, the auxiliary fuzzy controller is applied. The steady-state error of improved fuzzy controller for oven temperature is less than 0.5°C, which is better than the Chinese National Standards for moisture content measurement.

Abstract: For development of a high-performance grinding initiative Meter, this paper proposes an approach based on embedded system. The initiative Meter uses ARM9 microprocessor as hardware-platform and Windows CE 5.0 as operating system. It mainly describes the working principle and software and hardware design program in this article. It accelerates the speed of operation, enhances the real-time of measurement control, improves the measurement accuracy of initiative Meter through the adoption of high-performance microprocessor and multithreaded programming technology, and at the same time has good man-machine interface. The initiative Meter adopts touch screen operation, parameters of it can easily adjusted and set. According to the test, the embedded initiative Meter has a high performance in various aspects, it will have abroad market prospects for its higher ratio of performance to price.

Abstract: With the development of Internet technology and embedded technology, the network measurement system is becoming a new trend of measuring technology. This paper described a remote measurement system in Browser/Server (B/S) structure and the embedded design, hardware structure and software. The measurement experiment is already set up and some parameters tested is given. In this remote measurement and control system, LM3S8962, the microprocessor is used, and RL-ARM is used as the operating system, and CGI and AJAX technologies is also introduced to enhance performance.

Abstract: To solve the low automatic degree and low accurate alarm rate in the traditional intelligent surveillance system, a motion object segmentation algorithm based on level set method is proposed and implemented. The algorithm gains the primal contour curve by luminance difference between the video frames, and sets the curve as the primal zero level set. Then the narrow band level set algorithm is used to evolve the curve until achieving the segmentation result. Experimental results show that this method can greatly save the level set segmentation time and increase the detecting efficiency.

Abstract: The spindle system in a precision multi-shafting friction torque measuring instrument is one of the most important parts of the instrument, its vibration characteristic analysis is an important work in the design of the instrument. At first, the spindle system of the horizontal structure in the instrument is analyzed. The supporting shaft, the measuring shaft and the torque sensor are simplified to be a whole,the bearing supports are simulated by using the elastic supports. Then the 3D model of the spindle system is built with CATIA. Finally by using finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench, the modal analysis of the spindle system simplified is carried out to obtain the natural frequencies,the vibration modes of the first 6 orders and the critical speeds. The results show that the the spindle system can effectively avoid the resonance region.The necessary basis for further dynamics analysis is also provided through the modal analysis.

Abstract: In order to test the electrical performance parameters of military power station accurately, according to the different test requirements of electrical performance, a test system of PC104 embedded industrial computer was designed, which is based on virtual instrument. The software system based on LabWindows/CVI is introduced, which contains achievements of tests’ method, control of signal sampling and load-shifting, management and output of test data. In the part of hardware design, signal sampling circuit and load-shifting circuit is introduced mostly. The actual test shows that the system can well satisfy the test requirement.
