Abstract: Comprehensive method for determining the fluorescent agents was studied through studying the fluorescence spectra of different concentration of VBL. The emission and excitation wavelength in the measurement was 275nm, and 434nm, respectively. When the concentrations of VBL are changing from 0 to 1.0 μg/mL, they have a linear relationship with the emitted fluorescence intensity. In this interval, the calibration curve is y= 1 6.713x+0.7879, showing strong correlation (correlation coefficient R2 is 0.9979). The average percentage of recovery is 89.9%, which meets the measuring requirements. The interaction between VBL and CTAB is preliminary studied.

Abstract: Servo motor plays an important role in the system of measure and control radar. But the motor is easily spoiled because of mechanical wear and vibrating under at high load over a long period of time. And the examination is inconvenient. In order to make the motor circulate dependablely, we need monitor the motor on line, and analyze the fault. In this article we propose a method to collect the motor oscillation, through Matlab neural network training, the diagnose fault is displayed in LabVIEW interface. The experiment indicates that result of the method is accuracy and very effective.

Abstract: In order to improve the manual monitoring methods of the circulating water in calcium carbide furnace, this paper designs a pressure loss alarm system about circulating water of calcium carbide furnace. The system completes real-time automation and control of circulating water system by combining PLC technology, field bus communication technology and configuration technology, which uses PROFIBUS field bus to communicate between upper computer and lower computer. The practical application shows that this system can effectively achieve real-time monitoring of the circulating water, fault diagnosis and maintenance management.

Abstract: To improve the accuracy of quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) immunosensor, it is the key to distinguish accurately and effectively about the effects of mass loading and damping loading of a quartz resonator vibrating in damping environment. The energy transfer model (ETM) is introduced to deduce functional relationship between the product of absolute viscosity and density of the liquid deposit and the maximum amplitude of vibration at the quartz-resonator surface. Then the effect of mass loading can be rapidly distinguished from damping loading by measuring the frequency shift and the amplitude of QCM. This method provides a new theoretical basis for the application of QCM immunosensor in medical diagnosis, especially in tumor diagnosis.

Abstract: According to the insufficient ability of the existing ultrasonic guided wave detection technique, proposed a method for small defects in pipes based on time reversal (TR) ultrasonic guided wave. The L(0,2) mode guided waves was encouraged in the simulation research experiment. Results show that the guided wave detection signal has linear superposition properties, realized the detection energy focus on the location of the defects, and improved the ability of detection for small defects. The experiment lay a foundation for the miniaturization of the detection equipment.

Abstract: In order to improve the measurement accuracy of thread parameter and can realize the automatic measurement of parameter, this paper propose a non-contact measuring method which is based on machine vision, we use the industrial linear array CCD with high-precision scan the projection of the thread which in the field of parallel light, using the image recognition, image acquisition, image data processing technology enable your computer finish the pitch diameter, thread pitch, tooth type angle on a non-contact of real-time, on-line measurement. This article also provides detailed measuring method with the main parameters of thread.

Abstract: The T(0,1) mode guided wave is widely used in long term NDT of the pipelines. The magnetostrictive transducer for generating and detecting guided wave is important to long term NDT of the pipelines because the transducer is compact and can be used at high temperature. The paper explains the mechanism of the generation and detection of T(0,1) mode guided wave in magnetostrictive strip based on Wiedemann effect. The experiment with MSGW is done to confirm the mechanism in a aluminum pipe.

Abstract: The content of selenium in Shiitake was determined by hydride-atomic fluorescence spectrometry and the sources of uncertainty were evaluated. Each parameter in mathematic model was analyzed to evaluate the type A and type B uncertainties in the method. To obtain the uncertainty evaluation , each uncertainty component was synthesized and extended by the current international method . The evaluation results showed that the major source of the uncertainty in the method was the sample solution volume and the standard curve.

Abstract: Time-varying land clutter is primary interference for Foreign Objects Debris (FOD) detection on airport runways. Traditional clutter-map CFAR (CM-CFAR) algorithms were ineffect-ive to detect targets in non-Gaussian clutter. In this paper, a Bi-parametric CM-CFAR (Bi-CM-CFAR) algorithm based on bi-parameters estimation is proposed. Clutter-level estimation is obtained with video integrator, parameters estimator and recursive filter; and updated in each scanning period. Moreover, simulations verify effectiveness of this method for FOD detection.

Abstract: Acid value is one of the most important indexes in the detection of lubricating oil, the testing of which has been widely used in the corrosive and quality characterization of petroleum products. So far there is no widely adaptive method and instrument faced with acid value. By the use of impedance method, this paper has used AD5933 to establish a detection system on acid value and achieve detection without chemical and judgment. Convenient setting of parameters and processing and storage of data are realized by the virtual instrument technology. Based on serial communication and virtual I2C communication, timely two-way traffic of statistics is achieved. The checkout of the system is accomplished by the known impedance. According to GB on the test of acid value, through the preparation of oil samples, the feasibility and operability of the system are justified and the best test conditions are determined.
