Get a color image from the device, remove the color information and reserve the boundary information. Highlight the image edge information by gradient sharpening, binary image and use 8-neighbourhood algorithm for tracking the border.

Abstract: This paper has designed a ZigBee application which is based on the IEEE address. This applications operating environment is TIs protocol stack called Z-Stack. The application can realize the following functions: wireless network self-organizing, the automatic acquisition and information upload. The upper machine communication protocol uses the IEEE address as device ID. This insures the application can find the datas physical source. With the help of network address, the applications speed and any other performance indicators will not drop. Using this application, the user can immediately find the accurate position directly after the security problem appeared. It has improved the efficiency of the wireless network management obviously.

Abstract: Efforts to develop data processing or some variable evaluation of the components autocorrelation network or interpersonal relationship network have been hampered by many obstacles. One important reason is the lag of autocorrelation network model (ANM) development. Autocorrelation network models are used to deal with the data with autocorrelation network data. However, some data are correlated with its lag station, so its necessary to introduce the time series in the ANM. The network autocorrelation model with lag and auto-correlated indicators or variables is put forward based on the expansion of the existing social network effect model. The estimation method of the network autocorrelation model is illustrated; the time series stationarity, the consistency and effectiveness of the estimation method are discussed. Also the application of the model is discussed, especially the practical significance on the forecasting and controlling.

Abstract: A low-complexity 3.6kb/s speech coding algorithm based on mixed excitation is presented in this paper. It uses the parameter encoding and mixed excitation technology to ensure the quality of speech. Through adopting the scalar quantization of Line Spectrum Frequency (LSF), the algorithm reduces the storage and computational complexity. Meanwhile, improved frame type with dynamic Unvoiced/Voiced (U/V) thresholds make a reduction of the traditional U/V decision error and the sudden transformation of U/V frame. A modified bit allocation table is introduced and the PESQ-MOS test shows that the synthetic speech quality has been improved and reached the quality of communication, especially for high frequency female speakers with new frame type.

Abstract: In this paper,an identification method of kiwifruit maturity was established by using electrochemical impedance technique ,which used the electrochemical workstation and home-made needle-shape three-electrode system.We did it by taking samples from eight kiwifruit of different maturity,and by optimizing the measuring position,perturbation amplitude,excitation frequency,and utilizing BP neural networks.In the experiment,the measurement position was in the South of equator,perturbation amplitude 10mv,characteristic frequency 158Hz501Hz926Hz respectively.It selected 80 samples as a test set to establish the BP neural network recognition model and five samples of each characteristic parameters was selected,predict for a total of 40 samples.In the experiment,the identification accuracy reached 100% with these parameters.With higher recognition accuracy,the method provides a new method for the quick recognition of kiwifruit maturity.

Abstract: Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) is an much important key water quality parameter . In view of the technical defects of existing detection methods and monitoring instruments for measuring COD, a new detection method based on ultrasonic assisted sample digestion and spectrum analysis was put forward in this paper, and the automatic monitoring system prototype based on such detection method had been developped. Aiming at environmental water samples, the spot experiment had been carried out to contrast prototype with Chinas national standard analysis method for measuring COD, and the results showed that the automatic monitoring instrument prototype had good repeatability (10%) and high accuracy (±10%), which met the technical qualifications of Chinas envirormental protection industry standards.

Abstract: When there exist certain kinds of matching in an electric system between the nonlinear input and noise, amplifying the input noise may dramatically increase the output SNR other than decrease it. And stochastic resonance is a phenomenon that when noise is input at certain amplitude the output SNR reaches its peak. Generalized stochastic resonance is the kind of nonlinear phenomena that the output (output SNR, output mean value, etc.) is a non-monotonic function of some parameter of noise (amplitude, correlation time) or input (amplitude, frequency). We studied the phenomenon of stochastic resonance in linear models with random parameters. And we discovered that the output amplitude is a non-monotonic function of the noise amplitude, the noise correlation time and the system parameters. The result will be a helpful complement to both the traditional linear system theory and the analysis of RL circuit.

Abstract: Aiming at error evaluation of aero-engine blade airfoil in blade inspection. A new inspection method based on modeling matching is proposed, through the introduction of location weighting factor the mathematical model is built to accomplish precise matching between the CAD design model and measurement model. Besides, gradient descent particle swarm optimization (PSO) method is used to optimize the calculating process. Besides, thin blade error evaluation system is developed based on UG/OPEN API technology. Practical example proved that the present method can improve the accuracy of the error evaluation, and reduce the misjudgment of the thin blade.

Abstract: Abstract: While the methods of gray image segmentation keeping innovation, researches on color image segmentation have a marked development, and the gray image segmentation provides research base for color image segmentation. At present, the problem of color image segmentation has become a fundamental one and had significant impact on both new pattern recognition algorithms and applications. In order to make the research in this field has a more comprehensive understanding, In this paper, several typical approaches are presented and discussed, and expected to seek an algorithm with better real-time and robustness. algorithm combining both SOFM and FCM clustering is selected to be better in robustness, and reduce the hassle of looking for a suitable feature space.

Abstract: According to the limitations of the shooting environment, captured image exist the phenomenon of image blurring and noise. This paper proposes that the improved maximum entropy method recovery blurred image which acquire in aerial. Finally, according to the first order Markoff theory to evaluate the quality of the processed image, the results show that maximum entropy image restoration method compared to the conventional approach increase image clarity and details more better.
