The Fault Diagnosis System of Measure and Control Radar Servo Motor Based on Ship in BP Neural Network

Abstract:

Servo motor plays an important role in the system of measure and control radar. But the motor is easily spoiled because of mechanical wear and vibrating under at high load over a long period of time. And the examination is inconvenient. In order to make the motor circulate dependablely, we need monitor the motor on line, and analyze the fault. In this article we propose a method to collect the motor oscillation, through Matlab neural network training, the diagnose fault is displayed in LabVIEW interface. The experiment indicates that result of the method is accuracy and very effective.
