The Research of the Measures of Food Management Problem for Liaoning Province

Abstract:

As we known, food is the important thing for every people, the widespread ancient Chinese proverb reflects the high degree of importance of food for the people, food maintains the basic conditions for peoples health, and food safety is not only related to personal health, but also related to national economic development and political stability. The paper include 4 parts, the first part is the conception and significance of food safety, the second part is the analysis of state quo and reason of food safety for Liaoning province, the third part is the research of food safety management problem of oversea, and the paper give out the suggestions for the management of food safety problem for Liaoning province.
