Constructing Model of Amount of City New Housing at Various Levels Supply under Equilibrium Condition

Abstract:

In order to determine the supplies of different levels newly-building housing for a certain period of time on the market,promote the supply and demand of newly-building housing into balance structure,and then urge the government to take more effective regulation for dwelling house market.This article is based on the analysis and thinking of the dwelling house filtering theory,and under the general equilibrium condition constructs the dwelling house filtering──equilibrium model.
