Abstract:

This article described the operations of measurement, calculation and analysis of the cooling effect field of Shangcheng Park, the green space in Erqi Square Center of Zhengzhou City. This program is carried out in four steps. Firstly, the high-vegetation-quantity-area center was confirmed as the center point of the green space, and observation points and a reference one were also be identified. Secondly, field observation with instruments conducted and the data were kept records. Thirdly, Excel software was used to calculate the average daily temperature and the cooling rate of the green space. At last, analysis was given on the result of the operation. The results of Shangcheng Park study show that the cooling effect field of the green space has a radius of more than 60m, and distributes regularly.
