Automation of Machine Health Monitor

Article Preview

Abstract:

In the practice ,the transient state decided by the system character is the key of the automation of machine health monitor process. FFT and Wavelet Transform are the well known techniques in this field. We proposed an solution combined Wavelet Transform with FFT and build a real system to monitor the onshore structures. Unlike other similar systems, our system is automatic through self-calibration and health fault detection, stream data mining of the sensor data acquired from the Motors, Generators .
