Abstract: The antisynchronization behavior of fractional-order chaotic systems with parametric uncertainties and external disturbances is explored by using robust active sliding mode control method. The sufficient conditions for achieving robust antisynchronization of two identical fractional-order chaotic systems with different initial conditions and two different fractional-order chaotic systems with terms of uncertainties and external disturbances are derived based on the fractional-order derivative method. Analysis and numerical simulations are shown for validation purposes.

Abstract: The feeder terminal unit (FTU) is a kind of distribution remote terminal unit along distribution feeders and communication with master stations (MS) in control centre. IEC 61970/61968/61850 are three important standard for smart grid. IEC 61850 logical nodes are used for FTUs information model, and IEC 61970/61968 common information model (CIM) are using in MS. To realizing seamless access FTUs to MS, harmonization of IEC 61850 and IEC 61968/61970 are studied. The status information (such as position of switch) and measurement information (such as current, voltage) are realizing mapping from IEC 61850 to IEC 61968/61970. So, the seamless communication between the master station and FTU is realized.

Abstract: In order to change the way of supplying toilet paper and offer an intelligent, environmental and friendly service to the requirement in the public place, a novel communication device which can identify, store and transmit the using information is designed by modem IOT technology. Furthermore, the RFID reader based on RC500 chip is used to read the users ID of the card. The DS1302 chip is used to get the local time. The AT24C02 chip is used to store users information locally. The GPRS wireless is used to interact with the server by a TCP connection. An application program based on C# and Winsock network programming interface is designed to receive data from clients. The users data are stored in SQL Server 2005 database and the managers can check the data supported by the proposed system wherever they want. The proposed system is aim to offer a personalized service for the public service sector and achieve green and pro-environment.

Abstract: It is of great significance that a home service robot can recognize facial expressions of a human being. This thesis suggests that features of facial expressions be extracted with PCA, and facial expressions be recognized by distance-based Hashing K-nearest neighbor classification. First, Haar-like feature and AdaBoost algorithm is adopted to detect a face and preprocess the face image; then PCA is applied to extract features of the facial expression, those features will be inserted into the hash table; finally, the facial expression can be recognized by K-nearest neighbor classification algorithm. As concluded, recognition efficiency can be greatly improved after reconstructing the feature database into hash tables.

Abstract: This paper describes a strategy to fulfill the needs of the 21st century machinery manufacturing industry, especially for the industry that produces the low repetitive and high productmix components using machining centres. The approach of development strategy is emphasized in developing of computer integrated manufacturing system (CIMS). The system comprises of computer aided design (CAD) and computer aided manufacturing (CAM) modules, which is supported by common and working databases. Focuses on computer-integrated manufacturing's macro aspects and its future development strategy implications. Defines CIMS at the macro and micro level and the various factors that strongly call for the implementation of CIMS. After going into the advantages, concludes with development strategy implications for the future.

Abstract: The leveling system is the key system of casing rotator. It determines the vertical degree of pile, and has an significant influence in construction performance. A automatic leveling hydraulic system with four supports and a biax angle sensor is designed, operation principle, controlling method and system analysis are elaborated as well. Engineering application proves that the designed leveling system can meet the construction requirement with reliable performance and low cost, and control the pile verticality within 1/1000.

Abstract: A New Probability Prediction method is proposed for the key subsystems of Machining Center (MC). Firstly, the Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) method is used for finding out the key subsystems which affect the Machining Center reliability most seriously. Then, the empirical models of key subsystems and the Machining Center are built based on the fault time. Under the assumption that the MC is a Series System, the posterior probability of the key subsystems is obtained by Bayesian th eory. The case example shows that the fault probability of key subsystems is changing as the MC fault probability changes. At a given time t, the fault probability of key subsystems can be calculated by the empirical models of key subsystems and the MC.

Abstract: An embedded vision recognition system is developed for a regular UAH to provide guidance information during hovering and landing. An innovative landing mark has been designed to facilitate the image processing while provide relative heading, height, and coordinate for navigation. The system can provide 30 Hz updating rate to the UAH avionic system. Simulation and real-world tests have shown promising performance and results for future applications.

Abstract: The informatization development of banking industry and power dispatching automation system in China was introduced. The data transmission, the network level, the network topology and the selection of technical system for both were compared. The banking network more single tends to choose IP over ATM networking. The power dispatching data network includes two levels and every level is subdivided into three. IP over SDH networking is more suitable for it.

Abstract: Power Grid in China integration running trend makes EMS(Energy Management System) at all levels of information exchange between the increasingly urgent demand. And CIM is the most important base information. In order to solve the model information differences between different EMS, this paper analyzes the current EMS model information related to the standardization of applications, from standard CIM model, the model file formats and file content model three aspects, based on interoperable standards IEC61970 process-oriented information model calibration and validation process for each part of the key technologies are discussed in detail. Through the practical application of the method validation results show that the calibration method is reasonable and correct.
