Abstract: This paper concentrates the carrier aircraft sortie generation evaluation problem. Based on the analysis of aircraft sortie process, we construct a Markov queueing network based aircraft sortie evaluation model, which contains the whole evaluation system and details. Finally, a simulation experiment is given to test our method and model, and simulation result proves its veracity and can be used to provide suggestion to commanders.

Abstract: In network RTK the models extrapolation accuracy of spatial error is directly related to RTK position validity and reliability. So the extrapolation accuracy of coordinate linear interpolation model and distance linear interpolation model are studied in this paper. Firstly, according to the root mean square of interpolation coefficient of model and the law of errors propagation, two models stability and the factors which affected the extrapolation accuracy are analyzed from the relationship of the models linear function. Secondly, in different areas out of net the change regularity of extrapolation error is further discussed with types of data in different length baselines. The result shows that extrapolation accuracy of the above model are related to the net shape of network RTK, the estimation precision of the comprehensive error that exists between reference stations, and the distance that rover is away from the net. The extrapolation accuracy of the coordinate linear interpolation model is better than the distance linear interpolation model. In the areas that not more than 40km to the net external it can be reached within 5cm estimation accuracy of the extrapolation comprehensive error. It is helpful to rapid high-precision position out of the network.

Abstract: A new control approach for velocity and tension regulation is proposed in the web winding system. The TC control strategy is based on active compensation, which actively compensates for dynamic variations and unexpected disturbances. The simulation of a typical web winding system is applied to provide realism. The results demonstrate the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed controller in dealing with broad dynamic variations and non-matching parameters conditions.

Abstract: U-turn maneuver belongs to the special ground taxiing behavior, which are not accurately demonstrated in current visual simulation system. This paper presents a method to address computational problems of the position and attitude during the special ground maneuvers. From the perspective of simulation of airport tower control, aircraft movement calculation method constrained by nonholonomic kinematics are proposed to describe accurately the U-turn maneuvers. According to actual movement and nonholonomic path following model, an algorithm suitable for simulation-driven calculation is designed. In addition, under the open-loop control, aircrafts U-turn maneuver algorithm constrained by runway geometry and steering angle variation is designed to describe completely the behavior. Compared with dynamics model, this method we proposed have advantages that are easier to be calculated and more suitable for visual simulation. Above all, It is proved that the method is valid through simulation with aircraft geometry data.

Abstract: Runway utilization is one of the key indicators of airport operational efficiency. Firstly, stochastic Petri net was introduced to built runway system operational model, and then we analyzed the reachability graph of this model, which not only prove the reachability and boundedness of this model, but also can be used to transform to homogeneous Markov chain. Secondly, The system steady-state probability expressions in various states were established based on the homogeneous Markov chain. Thirdly, runway utilization was calculated based on the steady-state probability expressions. During simulation, runway utilizations in various conditions were analyzed by changing some transitions fire rate. Both Markov chain method and petri net simulation method are useful for runway utilization improvement.

Abstract: Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (AUV) which could finish autonomous mission process is paid more and more attention. As an artificial intelligence system, AUV has high independence, reliability and adaptability to ocean environment. An efficient architecture of AUV plays an important roll in achieving those properties. A newly developed AUV, ZT-AUV, which is used for ocean exploring, is introduced. And its basic control system architecture is depicted. Both the hardware and software in the control system are described. Finally, the experiments in tank and those at sea are conducted to test the architecture and the methods of the control system, and the results prove that the control system of the AUV is reliable, flexible and extensible.

Abstract: According to the technical features and maintenance support of Electronic Counter Measures (ECM) equipment, this paper proposes a classification scheme for heterogeneous spares based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP). Firstly, the hierarchical structure of the multi-criteria was established by analyzing the criteria impacting item classification; and then the weight vector of each criterion was calculated using FAHP; furthermore, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was made to construct the fuzzy classification decision model with a sorting method based on the weight vector of triangular fuzzy number using possibility degree. The research work can provide theoretical basis and data support for decision-making of the equipment support sectors.

Now widely used in the metallurgical industry in top blown oxygen steel-making, automatic control system of oxygen Lance in converter steelmaking on oxygen top blown oxygen process plays a key role in lifting control. In order to forge a more quality steel products, need to study the Lance system automation control performance. So with Lance for the study, with Siemens S7-400PLC has designed a new type of control system of oxygen gun. And related programming, introduced the hardware components and PLC control system of oxygen gun. Proof, the system reached the Lance to pinpoint and aim to increase production efficiency. Abstract: This paper means to provide an innovative design of aero-engine after investigating existing aero-engines. It is a late model power plant design which is based on the watercraft electromagnetic propulsion technology and the theory that in electromagnetic field magnetic field generates Ampere force to current flow and in combination with specific structures of aero-engines. The design principle of this engine is that when the air working medium with high conductivity goes through an arc generator, it will ionize and produce plasma, which actions in the magnetic field that produced by built-in superconducting magnetic and generates forward push. This design will provide a theoretical reserve for future development of aero-engines and has potential market prospects.
