Abstract: The Based on the analysis method of bisection, the critical slip field technology and the residual thrust method of slope ultimate equilibrium,the functional relationship between the slope angle θ and maximum residual thrust Pmax is established. As it can determine the θ value increment size and value range according to identify the positive and negative of equation P=f(θ); then by means of the searching for calculation and discrimination of system,it ultimately can solve the numerical solution of Pmax=0 in a limited height ,security status and engineering geological conditions and find the limit slope angle θ*. Thus it can deal with the open-air high and steep slope optimization design, and simultaneously resolve the design the technology of landslide treatment and the optimization program ,At the same time it has engineering application value.

Abstract: Taking the division of Gao3 reservoir group strata sequence in Songliao basin of Daqing Changyuan Xingbei for example, this paper analyzed the applicability of the one-dimensional continuous wavelet transform in high resolution sequence division. By means of making morlet wavelet transform on the natural gamma logging curve, the connection between well curve signal and depth is transformed to the alter relationship between depth and the domains of scale, which obtains the wavelet coefficient curve. Then set up the corresponding relations between periodic oscillations characteristics of wavelet coefficient curve and sequence interface at all levels under the optimal scale factor. And the wavelet coefficients curve in best scale factor will eventually be used for the identification and division of the sequence. Practice has proved that the wavelet coefficient curve in the best factor can accurately identify the sequence interface at all levels, and the result is more accurate, objective and effective than manual calibration. So take advantage of wavelet transform in sequence stratigraphic classification provides a new way for high resolution sequence stratigraphy studies.

Abstract: The design of subway air-conditioning system accounts for not only the general characteristic, but also the following factors the different working circumstances and the big passengers density. In order to provide sufficient refrigerating capacity to offset the heat quantity of subway carriage, it is indispensable to install a reasonable air-conditioning, heating and aeration system to improve the comfort. In this paper the research object is the velocity and temperature change of the airflow inside the subway, and the research method is computer simulation. We study the performance and temperature change of the airflow using UG and CFD, compare and analyze the variation of the airflow in the same cross section of different models. Through comparing and analyzing the velocity and temperature change of the three models, this paper finds that the model that installs the inlets at the two sides of the subway is senior to that installs the inlets at the top of the vehicle.

Abstract: Optimization research of firing interval is applied to improve firing density level of MLRS. Firstly, the finite element model of MLRS is built to obtain the dynamic response of the launch guider muzzle and the rocket initial disturbance is calculated. Secondly, the equation of exterior ballistic is solved using Monte Carlo simulation and Runge-Kutta method and with mathematical statistic method the estimate of dispersion is obtained. Thirdly, modal analysis for MLRS is carried out and the new firing interval is proposed combined with the dynamic response obtained above. Finally, substitute the new firing interval into the model of MLRS, the results show that the new firing interval shorten the firing time by 21.4% and improve the firing density effectively without affecting the dispersion of the MLRS.

This paper introduces the working principle and performance features of linear motors, and elaborates on the key technology problems and the solution countermeasures of seven aspects including the efficiency and the power factor, the cooling measure, the normal magnetic attraction, the servo-control, magnetism isolation and the protection, the gravity acceleration and the supply voltage of the linear motor.

Abstract: In order to increase the useful life of sleeve, improve the organizational structure and reduce costs, ZA alloy materials can be used as a raw material using cold extrusion technology for production. The main content of this paper is simulating the change rules of the equivalent plastic strain, the equivalent stress and the flow in the forming process of ZA alloy in different extrusion speed and friction coefficient condition by finite element technology, making a contrastive study with the extrusion theory, and finding out the most appropriate extrusion processing parameters. The results not only provide sufficient theatrical support for the cold extrusion process of sleeve of ZA alloy, but also offer some new thoughts for the design of extrusion mold.

Abstract: In the paper, making model of parallel machine tool with the software UG, and complete the virtual assembly process parametric modeling and parallel machine tool of the entire organization, provides the design’s basis for the future development of parallel machine tool. The study on kinematics simulation of parallel machine tool, complete the simulation of spiral machining, solves the problem in the process of simulation of the larger curvature change. The study can improve the design’s quality of machine tool and shorten the study time of parallel machine tool.

Abstract: In order to reduce the wear of parts caused by long-term friction, and to reduce the frequency of parts replacement, ZA alloy with low hardness and good wear resistance is chosen to replace the traditional copper alloy as the material to manufacture automotive bushing, and the semi-solid die casting is used. On this basis, the software AnyCasting is used to simulate and analyze the filling and solidification process, the filling sequence, the variation of temperature field, and the part region where defects are prone to occur in the semi-solid process. The simulation results show that under the parameters set in the simulation process, when casting filling rate reached 90%, the metal started to solidify; since the gate place is easy for heat dissipation, when the temperature of the alloy liquid reached its liquidus temperature 595°C, the phenomenon of solid-liquid phase separation appeared at the gate; the defects such as gas trapping, residual stress and deformation would appear both in the place of first filling and the parting surface; when the preheat temperature of the mold was 150°C-200°C,the alloy liquid possesses liquidity. The simulation results offer certain theoretical instruction to optimize the semi-solid casting process of ZA Alloy automotive bushing manufacturing, as well as reducing or avoiding a variety of quality defects arose in the actual casting process.

Abstract: This article discussed and studied the enterprises multi-stage ordering policy based on the carbon footprint. Take the companys T-phase ordering strategy in a product cycle as example, and defining the relevant boundary conditions at first. In considering the strict carbon cap case, it need to measure the carbon emissions under the carbon footprint form link to the process of ordering preparing, transportation of purchased products, production process as well as product inventory. It also required add the carbon emissions as constraints to the model for solving the problem with the method that construct the mixed integer linear programming model for total minimum cost which including order preparation costs, acquisition costs, inventory costs and stock costs. Finally, to get the ordering strategy under various conditions, and the results of numerical simulation when the carbon cap line changes.
