Abstract: Recently, the effective use promotion of the low quality soil is requested as a social request. Because the number of construction generation soils has increased. Therefore, it is necessary to use even cohesive soils, which are high water content and volcanic like andosol that has not been used up to now. The low quality soil is expected making a high fill become possible by using it by reinforcement material together with Sandwich method that has giving of shear strength and drainage functions. In this study, it experimented with centrifuge load model test on reinforcement fill by sandwich method. And, it is the one to understand the effect of drainage and reinforcement of that change in soil pressure etc.

Abstract: Development of bottom water reservoir with horizontal well can effectively slow down water coning and avoid early water breakthrough in oil wells, which promotes the extensive application of horizontal well in bottom water reservoir. In this paper, literatures about horizontal well are investigated, and the latest research trend is summarized. All factors such as reservoirs, fluid property and production mode to influence horizontal well performance in bottom water reservoir are systematically studied by using reservoir numerical simulation. Based on the calculation results of reservoir parameters of the pilot area, comprehensive analysis to the key factors which affecting horizontal well performance is carried out and the influence degree of various factors on oil recovery is obtained. In a word, the research results in this paper can provide criteria for the design or optimization of horizontal well development in bottom water reservoir.

Abstract: The giant magnetostrictive material (GMM) l belongs to smart materials, the axial strain of GMM can be changed along with the changes of the external magnetic field. The giant magnetostrictive actuator (GMA) is made on the base of GMM can achieve the real-time adjustment function of the displacement and the output power. In this paper, the GMA was designed and produced, and the functional relationship between the output force and the excitation voltage has been researched when the actuator was under different pre-pressures. By using the least squares method, a linear sub-analysis function model was fitted, which can simulate effectively the performance of the force magnetic coupling of the actuator.

Abstract: The theory of network pharmacology in medical diagnosis and treatment is consistent with Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). It is very significant to conduct research on Chinese medicine mechanism based on network pharmacology. This paper gave the research profile of Traditional Chinese medicine based on network pharmacology and analyzed some problems and challenges in this area.

Abstract: This paper investigated the selenylation, characterization and cytotoxic activity of seleno-Astragalus polysaccharide. Firstly, Se-APS was synthesized under reaction time at 8 h, reaction temperature at 80 °C, ratio of Na2SeO3 to APS at 1.0 g/g and water bath shaking rate at 40 r/min. Then, a series of experiments were designed to investigate the characterization and cytotoxicity of Se-APS. The result indicated that the characterization of Se-APS was significantly different from APS, except for X-ray diffraction. Additionally, MTT assay conformed that Se-APS could significantly inhibit the proliferation of human breast cancer MCF-7 cells in dose-dependent and time-dependent manners.

Abstract: socarbostyril alkaloids is a kind of alkaloid does not contain basic nitrogen atoms and is represented by hydroxylated benzophenanthridone or isoquinolinone types of structure. The most widely known compounds of this group are narciclasine, lycoricidine , and pancratistatin. They have demonstrated to inhibite the proliferation of many human cancer cells, and at the same time have no affect on normal human cells under a certain dose, they have a high efficiency and low toxicity in antitumor area. Now this kind of compound has been a hot spot research to antitumor workers. The present paper reviews the origin and the antitumor function of the Isocarbostyril alkaloids.

Abstract: Narciclasine (NCS) is a plant growth inhibitor isolated from the secreted mucilage of Narcissus tazetta bulbs, which is commonly used anticancer agent in human systems. Refer to the literatures in recent years, this article reviewed the anti-cancer effects of potential anticancer drugsNarciclasine, which induces apoptosis by activation of the death receptor and/or mitochondrial pathways in cancer cells. Narciclasine displays antitumor effects in apoptosis-resistant as well as in apoptosis-sensitive cancer cells by impairing the organization of the actin cytoskeleton.

Abstract: This paper reviews the structure-activity relationship of two typical Amaryllidaceae isocarbostyril alkaloids, narciclasine, pancratistatin and their derivatives. Varieties structures have important impacts on biological activity of Amaryllidaceae isocarbostyril alkaloids, for example, the nuclear structure of isocarbostyril, the stereochemistry of the B/C ring junction, the C7-hydroxy of ring A, hydroxies of ring C and so on. This study is conducive to find other active groups, conduct structural modifications and provide the rational basis for designing drugs molecular.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of different extraction solvents and extraction methods on Dauricine concentrations in Asiatic Moonseed. Dauricine was extracted from Asiatic Moonseed by ultrasonic method with sulfuric acid and ethanol as solvents; then the comparative study was undertaken in the three extraction methods (warm immersion, percolation, ultrasonic) for Dauricine. The results showed that the extracting effect was best in the ultrasonic method with sulfuric acid as a solvent.

Abstract: On base of the main decomposition approaches for CS, the decontamination effect on CS stimulant with potassium permanganate solution was studied through the orthogonal tests and single factor tests. In this paper, four factors including concentration, temperature, time and dosage of catalyst were relevant with conversion rate, which finally reached extremum on the conditions that concentration is 0.015%; reaction temperature is 30°C; Catalyst amount is 2% of reactants; reaction time is 10min. Both concentration of potassium permanganate solution and temperature were regarded as the main factors, while reaction time and dosage of catalyst were both the secondary factors.
