Abstract: Housing problems are related to the vital interests of people and the stability of community. The stability of housing prices is directly related to the level of people's life and the development of the national economy. This paper analyzed the influence factors for market supply and demand of commodity housing, and established price influence factors analysis model based on multiple linear regression. By the empirical analysis, the main influencing factors of housing prices are got, and some policy recommendations of price control are given based on these main influencing factors.

Abstract: In this paper, a uniform price auction mechanism for procuring homogeneous divisible goods is studied, and both nonlinear bidding strategy and linear bidding strategy of symmetric bidders are analyzed. And then the dominant relationship is discussed deeply between the two kinds of equilibrium bids. The results show that the nonlinear equilibrium bidding strategy dominates linear ones. Based on this analysis, several suggestions are given on how to make optimal decision making on bidding strategy choice for bidders.

Abstract: The usability design is also an important part in product design process. Product is a service, but we often confused about the operation of the product in our daily life. So far, the theoretical researches about the usability have been widely investigated. However, the methods of usability are seldom researched in the process of design. In this paper, easy to learn and easy to use of the product which are fully consider and won't have wrong operation in the design are advocated. Principles and affecting factors of usability are analyzed in the design. The methods of usability are proposed at the beginning of the design and in the process of late. According to the principles and influencing factors, it shows that the design method of usability is easier to design a rational product with high performance and practical value.

Abstract: This paper analyzes the characteristics and composition of the energy consumption system of the building from the perspective of systematic energy conservation and presents the systematic framework of the consumption model. Based on the framework, the paper focuses on how to establish a building energy consumption assessment system, find the energy efficiency index system and assessment approaches, and apply the results directly into building energy conservation and emission reduction. It not only facilitates greatly the overall and efficient management of the energy consumption system of the building, but also serves as another new approach to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction.

Abstract: Selection of qualified faculty is a key success factor for any university. The aim of this paper is to support adequately the decision making process for those connected with the faculty selection process. The steps of fuzzy TOPSIS technique are considered, incorporating a new concept for the ranking of the alternative candidates. The candidates are judged on the following criterias such as strategy formulation/strategic decision making capability, change management /change adaptability, communication/interpersonal skill, leadership, risk/crisis management, knowledge of software/software tools , professional experience , and educational background. Five candidates with different skills are taken for the judgment of their fate. They were asked to answer a set of questionnaires made by the experts and after that they were evaluated by the experts board. The real life application on the selection of any executive member/post shows the practical utility of this method.
