Abstract: Through the purpose of health education and the concept of educating people, this paper analyses the core philosophies that educate people to foster health awareness and to develop good exercise behavior lifestyle. On this basis we build the platform for a health education information system. In the macro view a comprehensive and efficient integration of health education resources for colleges and universities is an innovation to the traditional health education system and is a true necessity to learn because of the need of the principles of individualized education. A conclusion is drawn that in establishing a college health education information system platform could provide reference for the college education of future information technology and provide effective information security reference for China's reform and development of health education. It could improve the quality of comprehensive health education colleges and enhance the level of health education in management and decision-making in colleges and universities.

Abstract: Laboratory Virtual Instrument Engineering Workbench is a graphical programming software exploited by NI company with powerful real-time data processing and analysis functions. The paper focuses on the thread for designing and main function of serial communication module based on Laboratory Virtual Instrument Engineering Workbench and describes the function and use of the VISA function in Laboratory Virtual Instrument Engineering Workbench. Experiments show that the serial communication module is convenient, powerful, and of good portability and scalability.

Abstract: It is the key point which establishes a new rescue system for guarantee Chinese naval submarine operational capability. As new rescue vessel and various rescue equipment put into use in succession, and company with the military academies training reform, the author puts forward the construction of the new submarine rescue command simulation training information system based on the HLA(High Level Architecture) in this paper. It introduces the system construction situation, including system functions, constitutes and working principle, and analyses the key technology point. It is also given a virtual scene of submarine rescue command operation based on data driven.

Abstract: This paper, aiming at solving the difficulties of data sharing, mass data processing and others, brings up the cloud-computing-based rehabilitation services system, which is composed of three layers: the core services layer, services management layer and user access interface layer. It also puts forward the MapReduce parallel computing algorithm to solve the mass data processing problems in the system. Through the system, the superior resources can be integrated and deployed collaboratively to realize data sharing and high-speed processing of mass data. In Part 4, the application cases are presented. The establishment of cloud-computing-based rehabilitation services information system is a significant try for the application of cloud computing, and will serve as a meaningful reference for the development of rehabilitation services in China.

Abstract: The efficiency and accuracy of professional retrieval are closely related to semantic representation model in professional field. Representing retrieval requirement accurately is very important to guaranteeing the accuracy of retrieval. In case of professional emergency field, a query reformulation model used to clearing and improving user retrieval requirement is researched. Constructing a latent semantic word space of emergency field, semantic features are clustered by using SOM, and CI index using to determining the optimal cluster boundary is proposed. On this basis, a new query reformulation method is designed. The effectiveness of model is verified by experiment.

Abstract: Combat training used real equipment such as weapons are with many risks and cost high, and ground simulator cant provide real flight experience and real cockpit with training mission. The most effective training method to training fighter pilot is built a virtual battlefield by Embedded Training System (ETS), it takes the training advantages of using real aircraft and ground simulator. A training system used for air-to-air and air-to-ground combat training is proposed and designed, the pilot could enhanced the skill of using various weapon and gain experience of confront threat/target through training in EST.

Abstract: Collect a hydraulic excavators radiated noise ten meters away under set conditions, and also the relevant noises near the excavator. Analyze noise signals with wavelet packet to get the main band of energy distribution. Then calculate the two signals correlation coefficient, which identifies the muffler exhaust noise and inlet noise as the main source for right rear radiated noise.

Abstract: Winding pattern and contour are important factors in power inductors with multiple layer windings, since power inductors with multiple layers are prone to proximity effect, as multiple stacking increases the resistance stress of a conductor, eventually leading to failure of the inductor. This paper presents a comparison of winding losses for cone and square contour inductors, and discusses possible causes for the discrepancy. Conical contour inductors within a fixed core window are comparatively better than square contour winding inductors. A cross sectional analysis after winding revealed that the conical contour inductor has a gap between the conductors, indicating no melting and diffusion between layers. The absence of diffusion due to thermal degradation in conical contour winding is believed to be due to the conductor skin thickness, which is on average smaller, owing to the lower winding stresses. For a fixed dimension core and number of turns, winding losses can be reduced using a cone-shape contour compared to a square-shape contour

Abstract: In order to further optimize the structure of tube-rod extended penetrator, the author did numerical simulation to the penetration process of five different head structures and rod assembly of tube-rod extended penetrator to finite RHA603 target with LS-DYNA at a certain speed. Be drawn from the results of the numerical simulation, the penetration effect of truncated cone head structure is the best, because its top angle is small, the wave on the top is weak, the overpressure is small, and it is faster to open a pit on the target. 3mm aluminum sleeve rod attachment structure is the best. In the early penetrating stage, it can enhance the stiffness of the the rear rod, so that it will not deform under the stress wave in front penetration. In the late penetrating stage, due to the weak aluminum sleeve, it is easy to crash in contact with the target plate, so no excessive energy of the rod is used to open the pit.

Abstract: The fan bridge is the important supporting structure in the air cooling system, is mainly influenced by the fan vibration. By using ANASYS soft ware, analyzing the two different structures of Fan Bridges harmonic response, and comparing them, the conclusion is that the style that Bearing skew support is connected with the upper chord member say truss structure can effectively reduce the adverse effects of equipment vibration on the structure.
