Abstract: Aimed at the problems of low control accuracy and weak robustness influenced by external disturbance, friction, load changes, modeling errors and other issues in ammunition auto-loading manipulator control system, a new robust adaptive controller based on fuzzy compensation is proposed. The control architecture employs fuzzy systems to compensate adaptively for plant uncertainties to distinguish different disturbance compensation terms and approximate each of them respectively. As a result, the control system has great dynamic features and robust stability and meet the requirement that the actual motion of ammunition auto-loading manipulator quickly tracks the scheduled trajectory.

Abstract: The civil service system in our country has been implemented for many years, but the recruitment of civil servants has been controversial. In this paper, we determine the written test scores, scope of knowledge, comprehensive ability, strain capacity and the ability of expression as five evaluation attributes, and then we present a decision method for selecting civil servants based on fuzzy mathematical theory and multi-objective decision-making fuzzy optimization method. This decision method gives a scientific and practical way to select civil servants.

Abstract: Post-evaluation of power transmission project will help improve the scientific management level of the construction implementation and operation process, the investment decision-making and returns, and ensure the safe operation of power grid. Based on the theories and methods to establish the evaluation index, considering the low-carbon economy requirements on power grid construction, this article established a post-evaluation index system from the perspective of implementation process, effectiveness and efficiency, social and environmental impact, and sustainable development. According to the content of post-evaluation of power transmission project, it built a fuzzy AHP comprehensive post-evaluation model and took power transmission project as an example to analyze the application of the model.

Abstract: The electric power engineering project has many characteristics like large scale, long construction period, complex technology, many units involved and so on. In order to avoid risk and improve the risk management efficiency of electric power engineering project, this article established a risk evaluation index system from the perspective of environmental risk, economic risk, technical risk, management risk, and market risk. According to the characteristics of the risk evaluation indicators, it built a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and took a power construction projects as an example to analyze the application of the model.

Abstract: Integrated design about guidance and control in inversible system of neural network is proposed. Firstly, an integrated guidance and control model with uncertainties can be described. Secondly, a nonlinear observer is designed for the integrated guidance and control model. Subsequently, selection of training sample is focused on. Finally, the simulation results show that the nonlinear adaptive guidance law using the proposed integrated design model can perform better than the one designed separately.

Abstract: Stochastic resonance is a non-linear phenomenon where the output response of the dynamic system reaches the maximum value under the joint action of a certain intensity of noises and external incentives. In this paper, the phenomenon of stochastic resonance in a FitzHugh-Nagumo neural (FHN) model is studied. For the case that the frequency of the HF signal is much higher than that of the LF signal, under the adiabatic approximation condition, the expression of the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) with respect to the LF signal is obtained. It is shown that, the SNR is a non-monotonous function of the amplitude and frequency of the HF signal. In addition, the SNR varies non-monotonically with increasing the intensities of the multiplicative and additive noise, with increasing the delayed-time as well as increasing the system parameters of the FHN model. The influence of the correlation time of the colored multiplicative noise and the influence of the coupling strength between the multiplicative and additive noise on the SNR is discussed.

Abstract: In this paper, a new opposition-based modified differential evolution algorithm (OMDE) is proposed. This algorithm integrates the opposed-learning operation with the crossover operation to enhance the convergence of the algorithm and to prevent the algorithm from being trapped into the local optimum effectively. Besides, we employed a new strategy to dynamic adjust mutation rate (MR) and crossover rate (CR), which is aimed at further improving algorithm performance. Based on several benchmark functions tested, the OMDE has demonstrated stronger convergence and stability than original differential (DE) algorithm and its two improved algorithms (JADE and SaDE) that reported in recent literature.

Abstract: In order to realize the 3D reconstruction of stamping parts surface, this paper based on binocular stereo vision principle firstly introduces the model of the binocular cameras. Internal and external parameters of camera can be obtained by binocular calibration, taking the printed circle grid centers which are on the stamping parts as feature points, and then using the disparity image obtained by HALCON to reconstruct 3D information of the feature points. Finally, use Matlab to plot out the scatter diagram of feature points and the fitting curved surface diagram.

Abstract: t is a effective means by using high-speed vision to locate mobile targets. Under the circumstance of high frame rate and high sensitivity (300Hz), in addition to the Gaussian noise and impulse noise, the image quality is also influenced by atmospheric instability, and it is mainly expressed as Gaussian noise. An improved adaptive threshold weighted mean (IATWM) de-noising algorithm is proposed in this paper. According to the characteristics of impulse noise, the algorithm is able to obtain the threshold adaptively and separate the impulse noise. Then, the weighted median filtering algorithm is used to remove the impulse noise. And the improved weighted average filter algorithm is adopted to remove the Gaussian noise for graphics with Gaussian noise. The algorithm could deal with the Gaussian noise and impulse noise separately, avoiding the weaken handling for the parts not subject to pixels pollution of the impulse noise. The experimental results show that the processing result of the algorithm is able to retain the image details, superior to the traditional filtering algorithms and MTM algorithm. In addition, the algorithm provides an effective way to eliminate the mixed noise, along with a good effect on the high-speed sequence image processing.
