Abstract: This document explains the redesigned Warehouse Automation System based on ZigBee & RFID according to the research of present situation of warehouse workflow and management system. Based on the new design, we have succeeded to locate and manage the goods area using the ZigBee, propose a solution that using forklift as a carrier to realize "Offline Goods-Placement Management", so as to improve the accuracy and flexibility of goods management. This study resolves the following research problems: (1) Redesign the overall system workflow. (2) Describe the automation system functions and advantage. This Warehouse Automation System can effectively make up for many shortcomings of the previous warehouse management system and improve the efficiency of warehouse management.

Abstract: To solve the mobile robot path planning in uncertain environments, a new path planning algorithm is presented on the basis of the biological immune network. The environment surrounding the robot is taken as the antigen, and the behavior strategy of robot is taken as the antibody. The selection model of antibody concentration is defined based on the Jernes idiotypic immune network hypothesis, and the mobile robot path planning is realized through the selection of the antibody concentration. The simulation of path planning for mobile robot in multi-obstacle environments shows that the robot can find a safe path in complicated environments, which verifies the better adaptivity of proposed planning model. The simulation in dynamic environments shows that the robot can safely avoid all dynamic obstacles, which verifies the better flexility of new algorithm.

Abstract: In quadruped robot, there is the strong correlation of kinematic parameters for the joints of two-section leg, and it is difficult to realize the decoupling of rhythm and pattern over rough terrains. In this paper, we investigated the physiological feature, locomotion characteristics and main function of shoulder blade of quadrupeds, and based on the results, we proposed a stratified control system on the three-section leg to realize better adaptation of a robot to terrains. Through the active control of shoulder blade (frequency and amplitude) and the coupled passive control of upper arm and forearm, a leg may adjust to the terrains of different elevations without changing the movement state of shoulder blade and body speed. In addition, the foot trajectory was planned and a rough terrain was created for testing the athletic ability of a three-section leg, and the validity of the proposed control system is confirmed through simulation.

Abstract: Diversified development of modern manufacturing enterprises need to simplify the application, inclusive of equipment and investment already, reduce the product cost, make the flow of information smooth and fast with business going global. These new demands and new technologies require enterprise information system to be integration, intelligent, multimedia, network and distributed developed. Traditional MIS is unable to meet all these. A collection of field bus integrated automation control network form the new information enterprise network frame with the Intranet as the management decision-making layer and the field bus as control layer, WEB technology throughout the network, the integrated automation system of an information integration with the characteristics of being intelligent, multimedia, network and distributed developed. This has important significance to improve the system of management decisions and global event handle and grasp ability. This paper firstly introduces the concept and composition of integrated automation system architecture, and in-depth analyzes the web technology and function, and proves the feasibility of application of web technology in integrated automation system for monitoring through the practice. The effect of monitoring system development technology is predicted in the end.

Abstract: With the development of Internet/intranet technology, the research and development based on Web technology has become a hot topic. My thesis focuses on the study of application of Web technology in integrated automation system. This paper firstly introduces the concept and composition of integrated automation system architecture, and then in-depth analyzes the Web technology and its function and the application to monitoring the Web technology is discussed in detail, and proves the feasibility of application of Web technology in integrated automation system for monitoring through the practice. Finally, the influence of development of Web monitoring system technology is predicted.

Abstract: A precise positioning technology was introduced in this paper and A precise positioning system has been built. The DGPS technology was introduced to acquire accurate data of the roads and traffic facilities in the system and a data-base has been built. The data-base was applied to GIS platform and a centimeter-level accurate road model was established. In addition, DGPS technology was adopted to achieve centimeter-level position. The position data coupling with accurate road model and the locating point would be indicated instantaneously. The distance between the locating point and the road boundaries, traffic signs lines, traffic lights, etc. could be indicated in the map and also the speed, acceleration, etc. of the locating point. This study provided positioning and navigation technology for the automatic driving technology of the intelligent vehicle.

Abstract: With the development of domestic low-voltage power distribution technology, people have an increasingly higher demand on the intelligence of low-voltage power distribution cabinet. Combined with the authors several years of experience of practice, this thesis first of all makes a brief analysis of the general situation of power distribution system automation, followed by a key analysis and conclusion of the characteristics of the existing low-voltage monitoring mode. Based on it, digital signal processor with strong floating point calculation ability, a new low-voltage intelligent monitoring system is designed.

Abstract: An intelligent energy-saving system is designed in order to save energy for the lighting system for classroom, which is composed of single chip, artificial wireless control module, pyroelectric infrared detection module and sunlight intensity detection module. The system can run in two ways of manual control and automatic control. In the case of automatic control, when the light intensity is less than the preset value and there are some people in the classroom, the lamp will light-on automatically. The lamp will remain lighting-on in a period of time after the leaving of people, and the delay time can be set according to the actual situation.

Abstract: One being developed vehicle adjustable suspension system, need to predict pavement condition then automatically adjust each suspension height, in order to ensure control accuracy and ride comfort. This paper proposed a method using BP neural network to predict the vehicle height sensor data of each wheel suspension. The experimental results show that, the proposed algorithm is practical and reliable, and good outcome have been achieved in the application of instruction carriage.
