Abstract: The direct-drive PMLSM control system for high-performance positioning systems requires the performance of high dynamic response and strong robustness. The high dynamic PMLSM servo system is satisfied using a digital deadbeat current controller and proposed sliding mode control (SMC). Considering the influence of hardware sampling time delay and inverter delay, the deadbeat current controller can adjust the current loop in 2 PWM cycles and enable the high-bandwidth current control. And based on the proposed SMC, the PMLSM position servo system can provide high dynamic performance and strong robust characteristics. The proposed SMC employs a uniformly asymptotic convergence of saturation function to eliminate the steady-state error and improve the accuracy of servo system. The results of simulation show that the direct-drive PMLSM control system with deadbeat current control and SMC method can acquire fast dynamic response and great robustness.

Abstract: Linear motors have been widely used in industry and transportation applications. Conventionally, linear motors are supplied by the long power cables or sliding contacts. Insufferable defects of these supply methods are friction, sparks, risk of electric shock, inflexible, and high maintenance cost. Movable contactless power transfer (MCPT) system is an alternative proposal for supply of linear motors. MPCT is based on Amperes and Faradays Laws, uses an alternating magnetic field to deliver electrical power across air to load without physical contact [.

Abstract: The flux-switching permanent magnet machine (FSPMM) has got great attention by academic researchers during the past couple of years for its merits of strong mechanical robustness, high efficiency, strong thermal dissipation ability, etc. However, for its inherited double salient structure in both stator and rotor, the FSPMM suffers from severe torque and flux ripples at different rotor positions for its variable magnetic resistance, which cannot be solved completely only by electromagnetic optimal design. In order to increase the drive performance of FSPMM, such as dynamic response and stable torque smoothness, an improved model based predictive torque control (MPTC) algorithm is proposed. By using the cost function modulation strategy, the torque and flux ripples of FSPMM are reduced evidently, accompanying with the minimized converter switching frequency and power loss. Comprehensive simulation investigations are finally carried out to validate relevant theoretical analysis.

Abstract: Linear drive system is widely applied in mid-low speed Maglev, subway transportation, etc. It is composed of two principal components, high power converter and linear induction motor. The converter and motor are designed separately, whole drive system usually use circuit simulation by extracting the mathematical model of linear induction motor. However, LIM has complex electromagnetic field, which needs to considerate the transverse and longitude end effects [1-. This makes LIM mathematical model inaccurate, hard to simulate the real dynamic characteristics of LIM.

Abstract: Protection devices must recognize the errors in electricity supply network and separate the fault from the rest of the supply network, which is determined by comparing actual to adjusted intensity of voltages and currents. In order to realize the interchange of electrical protection devices, it should be developed on the basis of open hardware platforms. In this work, over currents time protection relay will be implemented on programmable logic controller and tested.

Abstract: In the new era, automobile manufacturing industry technology is increasingly mature, and some high techs begin to be integrated in the study of electric automobile performance. Dynamic simulation and imitation technology is important in development of new enterprises. ADVISOR is a series of model subordinate to MATLAB and SIMULINK software environment, and data and script files are high-quality vehicle simulation software developed in MATLAB and SIMULINK software environment. The thesis first of all gives an introduction to the development status of electric automobile, based on which the application function of drive motor and drive motor dynamic simulation of electric automobile based on ADVISOR are presented, so as to contribute to future studies.

Abstract: In order to study a mine rescue robot model, gene expression programming algorithm is studied. The gene expression programming Algorithm can simulate many scientific models, and has been successfully applied in many aspects. Particle swarm optimization algorithm is discussed. Each member of the particle swarm optimization group can study its own experience and other members' experience to continuously change their search mode. Finally, a coal mine rescue robot model based on the gene expression programming and particle swarm optimization is put forward.
