Abstract: The aim of this article is to improve the brake stability of active rear wheel steering vehicle. The optimal theory of linear quadratic regulator is used to construct a controller, and the aim of the controller is to maintain the side slip angle is zero, and the control parameter is set according to the change of velocity when braking. An antilock brake model based on the door limit of wheel slip rate is constructed. The analysis is carried on a front wheel steering vehicle, which has two kinds of unti-lock mode. Meanwhile, an active rear wheel steering vehicle with two kinds of unti-lock mode is performed, also. All tests are performed on the bisectional road. The results of analysis show that the active rear wheel steering vehicle using the anti-lock mode of four wheels independent control can give the shortest braking distance, the smaller side slip angle and the smaller deviation from the lane. So it can give more contribution to the braking safety.

Abstract: Computer information management system is to carry out the collection, storage, analysis and processing of data to the computer as a tool so as to get the information that managers need. Information management system in an enterprise can help senior management personnel to conduct quality analysis, market forecasting and inventory control. Taking the tobacco machinery enterprises and textile machinery enterprise as an example, this article carries on the analysis of the computer information management system. Abstract: With the rapid development of modern science and technology and computer technique, modern enterprise faces new challenges for product design, production, management, market planning and sales. The products of enterprises develop towards diversification, serialization and individualization. Technological design is important in product manufacturing process and is a bond of product design and actual production. Therefore, modern enterprises need to develop computer aided process planning system to improve the quality and efficiency of process design of the enterprise. Starting from the requirements of enterprises on computer aided process planning systems and combining the existing Web technology, the paper proposes the study on integration of computer aided process planning system and PDM system. The development and application of the system not only provides strong support for enterprises realizing rapid design and manufacture and strong basis for enterprises realizing computer integrated manufacturing system, but also makes informationization degree, economic benefit and social benefit of enterprises improve greatly.

Abstract: Orbital Friction Vibration Actuator (OFVA) is a core component of Orbital Friction Welding (OFW), which is a novel apertureless welding technology utilizing friction heat to implement solid-state. By taking advantage of the special electromagnetic structure, OFVA can produce a contactless, radial, synchronous and rotating force with adjustable amplitude and phase upon the still mover which then vibrate according to the predetermined orbital. This paper analyzes the operational principle and structure of OFVA and conducts a mathematical analysis for a core issue about how to make the motion component of the OFVA generate circular moving trajectories. Vibration characteristic of are analyzed and the expressions of amplitude amplification factors as the moving component is moving in a circle are derived. Simulations are carried out to validate the theoretical analysis, which proved that the design was correct and engineering practical.

Abstract: The paper introduces the structure and design principles of online sampling device of a new high-speed cigarette machine. The device is an important part of C2 cigarette online sampling and measurement system, it gets samples from the high-speed cigarette maker machine's conveiying line and send samples to C2 measuring instrument for testing, and it achieved the goal of automatic on-line monitoring of cigarette physical parameters. The device has compact structure and expediently installation, which makes it not only replace manual sampling of high-speed cigarette making machine, but also detect and display various physical parameters of cigarette in real time.

Abstract: Related design personnel of electrical appliance system introduce some humane designs in design in order to improve product comfortableness and safety performance, which organically combines human perception and mechanical running, as well as the environment people are in, highlighting the perception and safety of users. It pays more attention to the electrical appliance safety composed of five foundations being human, human behavior, product use scene, technology involved in product and the finally finished product and the actual system design. This thesis gives an introduction to the intelligent design of household electrical appliance in some uses, so as to guide enterprises to actively develop characteristic, multi-functional and high-grade new electrical appliance products.

Abstract: Rotating induction motor serving as transverse device in traditional stereo garage makes system complex and inefficient. Installing linear motor in lifting platform as direct drive unit can remove intermediate links and drag vehicle loading board of parking slot directly. In this paper, control system of vertical lifting stereo garage with linear induction motor is put forward, including overall organization, operating principle and software program.Linear motor is controlled by Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) in slip frequency control method and PI algorithm. Experiment results indicate that linear motor can track reference velocitycurveand the whole stereo garage can store and take out vehicles automatically and efficiently.

Abstract: This paper introduced a novel actuator constructed by a flexible torsion spring with molded silicone rubber. The torsion spring is fixed at the ends to obtain the high rigidity and is molded by a silicone rubber material to achieve the high reliability. The actuator has the resonant frequency of f0=59Hz on the scanning direction and fβ =239Hz on the longitude direction. The maximal stress is 0.168MPa compared to the yield strength of 4.3MPa and the predicted safety factor is 25.6.

Abstract: In this paper, a CAN/LIN gateway hardware design is completed. In the hardware framework of the CAN/LIN gateway, Philipss LPC2119 independent CAN and LIN transceiver based on ARM7-TDMI is used for making a CAN control circuit board. In the meantime, an automobile light network control diagram is given, ATMEL 89C52 series MCU is used for automobile light control network nodes, and also the circuit for automobile light control network nodes is made successfully.

Abstract: In order to cover the shortage of manual control method and semi-automatic control method on digital mask lithography system, a full-automatic and intelligent digital mask lithography control system is designed. The block hardware framework and the modular software design theory are adopted in the system. Lithography process is controlled by center computer, and the system can realize precision motion control, digital mask graphics output control, precision exposure control and exposure real-time monitoring control, which can improve the stability, the reliability and the flexibility of digital lithography system.
