Abstract: According to the requirements of remote monitoring for TV transmitting station, present a SMS based centralized monitoring solution. In this solution, the GSM network and Ethernet was combined together, and remote monitoring was achieved through GSM short message service. Introduced the total structure of the system, described the software designs of the device agent and the message server, as well as the communication protocols between each components.

Abstract: Objective: The electronic structure of fetal heart rate monitoring equipment as well as fetal heart rate monitoring significance is specifically analyzed for correctly guiding engineering personnel and clinical personnel to know well this equipment, so that the disablement rate and mortality of perinatal infants are reduced through the skillful use of the equipment. Methods: The structural principle of the equipment is comprehensively analyzed, and all items of the monitoring equipment are also studied and interpreted. Results: Engineering personnel are promoted to know well equipment performances and also carry out effective maintenance; clinical personnel eventually become skilled in operating the equipment; pregnant women can receive a normal fetal heart rate monitoring in hospital; the range of the patients receiving the treatment is maximized as much as possible.

Abstract: The difference between the parameters and reasonable equality constraints can significantly improve the precision of classical least squares solution to eliminate the rank loss free network problems, and also can improve the pathological solution of the model, which presents the measurement adjustment equality constraints attached pathological model. This paper establishes the equality constraints morbid Model Adjustment regularization criteria, to give the solution of the model, and gives the statistical analysis to understand the nature. Based on this data, and giving full consideration of inevitable gross errors, it puts forward robust regularized factor mean square error minimization criteria and numerical solution. A variety of programs the calculation results show that the method not only can eliminate the adverse effects of the matrix morbid, but also can be able to overcome the presence of gross errors caused by instability, which is a good estimate.

Abstract: The electronic timer system take CC2430 wireless micro-controller devices and realize time function based on principle of the timer / counter timing and OLED display. Smart network based on zigbee has obvious advantages. Zigbee network supports large capacity, low_power consumption, easy to expand and the self-_organizing network. It has designed the hardware and software structure according t o the technical requirement of time.The display time of 0 to 59 minutes 59 seconds 99 milliseconds, the timing accuracy of 0.01 seconds, the correct timing. We obtain the average time by multiple timers wireless networking.

Abstract: In order to study the starting speed athletes sprint speed ,the paper design a distributed monitoring system. System sample data of speed by micro-controller and peripheral circuits , data of test point speed transmit to the PC through the RS 485 bus,programmed using LabVIEW software on the PC side realize data storage of detection each point speed, processing, display and remote monitoring. The micro-controller and virtual instrument technology combined with the application, to overcome the conventional athletes speed detection shortcomings of the prevailing and difficult to remote observations. Experimental results show that the system is low cost, high accuracy, stable and reliable operation.

Abstract: The thesis takes the microcontroller STC89C52 as the core control element. It selects the platinum thermal resistance PT100 sensor as a temperature detection element, and we use it to collect the temperature of the food warehouse act in concert with the Amplifier circuit and the ADC0809 analog-to-digital converter chip in real time. The collected temperature is displayed on the LCD1602 display module. According to the result of the comparison of the collected temperature values and setting values, this system gives off the corresponding alarm signal , and then starts the heating device or cooling device to achieve the purpose of controlling the temperature inside the warehouse, in this way, we can ensure the temperature of the warehouse in an appropriate range.

Abstract: The objectives of this paper are to study the pool boiling heat transfer characteristics of twisted tubes in the flooded evaporator. The twisted tubes are processed from common circular evaporating tubes with an outer diameter of 15.88mm. The outer major axis diameter, minor axis diameter, wall thickness and length of the twisted tube are 19.50mm, 11.28mm, 1.09mm, and 3310mm, respectively. The outside tube pool boiling heat transfer coefficients, tube side Reynolds numbers, the wall superheat, the saturation temperature of refrigerant and the heat flux are considered as the key parameters. The results show that pool boiling heat transfer coefficient data increase with , and , respectively, and decrease as the wall superheat increases. It can be found in the case study that the overall heat transfer coefficient of twisted tube flooded evaporator (TFE) is about 1.15 times as high as the one of common flooded evaporator (FE) with a same heat capacity. It is proved that an application of the TFE in the water-cooled screw chiller can be feasible.

Abstract: Nowadays the treatment way of circulating cooling water is mainly confined in the scale removal direction and effect is limited, but in scale inhibition direction few reports. To solve this problem, the study proposed a new technology of high-frequency electric field-colloid-electric adsorption. Simulation circulating water was treated by the self-made electrolytic system in high frequency DC electric field, obtained the optimum conditions by adjusting different electrochemical parameters, and analysed the mechanism of the process. The result suggests that this process has excellent scale inhibition, it reflected the good descaling effect by soften and peel the aging scale, it also can effectively change the crystal morphology, it is convenient, efficient and environment friendly.

Abstract: Magnetic resonance imaging, as the large imaging equipment the most intensively oriented at science and technology, owns a high utilization rate in hospitals. However, there is a certain failure rate no matter how precise the equipment is. In a huge system consisting of many components, it is possible for all its components to suffer a failure risk. How to locate and remove the failure as soon as possible is the key of the introduction in this paper. Methods: To find the failures, a good theoretical foundation should be available first, which is classified by the author into five aspects. These aspects will be introduced in a planned way in this paper. Conclusion: As long as a good theoretical foundation has been known well and the problems are analyzed carefully, all difficulties can be solved no matter how advanced the equipment.

Abstract: Along with the continuous development of Chinese economy, the power consumption continues to rise in China, and many high-voltage electric transmission lines are constantly put in construction. Among them, coupling capacitor is a major coupling device in the carrier communication of the power frequency high-voltage lines, and also a device that has been widely used for measuring and extracting electric energy, and controlling high-frequency protection in the electric power system. However, there are many problems in the application of coupling capacitor to high-voltage electric transmission lines. In the following, some common problems in the application of infrared imaging diagnosis technology to the coupling capacitor in high-voltage electric transmission lines are tested, so that the corresponding problems are found timely and accurately and also the right processing is made.
