Abstract: The evolution of microstructure, precipitate and magnetic properties in nonoriented electrical steels with different annealing temperature was studied. The iron loss of steel decreases with an increase in the final annealing temperature ranging from 800~900°C. This phenomenon is associated with grains recovery; recrystallization and grains grow up with the temperature increasing. Grain size continues to increase, but the average particle size decreases and particle density increases at 880~900°C which show precipitates have dissolved. It approved that the dissolution process of a lot of precipitates occurred after grains growing up. Precipitates are mainly of the second phase particles MnS and AlN. The magnetic induction increased firstly at 800~880°C and then increasing at 880~900°C.It can be found that the proportion of the texture for [{100} +Gos/ {111} at 900°C is higher than that at 880°C and the proportion of Gauss texture is higher at 900°C than that at 880°C. Gauss texture in high grade silicon steel plays an important role which promotes magnetic induction to increase.

Abstract: Modern computer memory, in addition to cache memory, is mainly divided into two categories: internal memory and external memory. External memory mainly comprises of magnetic or optical disks, floppy disks, tapes, like hard disks, CDs, which can store information, and do not depend on electricity to save information. In the new technology, the computer memory materials are facing a revolution of industry upgrade. In this paper, based on a lot of information the author makes a brief analysis of the new material of the external memory, that is, the phase change storage materials, titanium oxide crystals form materials, magnetic materials and organic ferroelectric materials, and comprehensively promote the new research and new development of computer storage materials.

Abstract: A small adsorption tower was designed according to the principle of activated carbon adsorption, and the mathematical model was established at the same time. The length of the adsorbed layer, the static adsorption amount, the dynamic adsorption amount, the quality of activated carbon and the quantity of activated carbon adsorption tower were calculated and analyzed by simulation tests.

Abstract: In order to obtain surface characteristics of vacuum aluminized paperboard, this paper illustrated the structure of vacuum aluminized paperboard. By setting coated paper and gold card paper as the contrast materials, it mainly studied several major surface characteristics of vacuum aluminized paperboard, such as glossiness, smoothness, ink absorbency and paper surface efficiency, which has provided reference for production and application of vacuum aluminized paperboard.

Abstract: The developing process of cladding is always accompanied by the crack problem of cladding layer. This paper analyzes the defects position of arc cladding and expounds the causes of crack and furthermore puts forwards a solution which adds rare earth elements in the cladding powder . This will well effectively solves the problem of cladding layer cracking.

Abstract: This paper illustrated the research status of current self-cooling beverage packaging, provided the design principle of self-cooling beverage can, and designed a new self-cooling beverage can based on refrigeration material (liquid CO2). Its refrigeration structure, refrigeration mechanism and manufacturing technique were further studied; besides, the calculation formula of cooling agent dosage and check formula of container strength was raised. Moreover, safety and environmental property of self-cooling beverage can were evaluated. The result shows that the design accords with the requirements of pressure vessel.

Abstract: By directing at wide varieties and nonlinearity of cushioning characteristic curves of cushioning packaging materials, mathematical model of cushioning material curves was established on the basis of test data; JBuilder 2006 and SQL Sever2000 were utilized to develop cushioning material database. This database is equipped with data fitting, storage and management functions of various cushioning materials, which can contribute to digital management of packaging lab.

Abstract: Based on the nonlinear Schrödinger equations which can satisfy the optical pulses transmission in photonic crystal fiber, it is numerically simulated the pulse t rapping courses between the pump pulse in negative dispersion region and the signal pulse in positive dispersion region using step by step Fourier method, and the effect the nonlinear coefficient to the trapping course. The result shows if the nonlinear coefficient is small, the pulse trapping cant realize. Conversely, if the nonlinear coefficient increases, the cross phase modulation between the two pulses is enhanced and the frequency shifts are intensified too. When the group velocity is matched, the pulse trapping is realized. And the degree of trapping is strength accompany with the nonlinear coefficient increasing.
