Abstract: The mechanization of rice transplanting technology (referred to as the machine transplanting rice), is another major renovation after cultivation technique in rice production. Compared with manual transplanting rice, machine transplanting rice has the advantages of high work efficiency, low labor intensity, high yield potential. This paper explains the main problems existing in the promotion of rice and mechanization of rice transplanting technology, puts forward measures and suggestions of technology promotion, and analyzes the mechanization of rice transplanting high-yield cultivation techniques.

Abstract: Spatial indexing cam is widely used in some automation machineries, and usually can be classified into the following three types: (1) cylindrical indexing cam; (2) parallel indexing cam; (3) globular indexing cam. These cams have their own use range, and also are different in index number and application accuracy. In this paper, cylindrical indexing cam is mainly analyzed.

Abstract: This paper introduces a combination of testing and finite element simulation for the abnormal vibration of a truck cab in specific speed. Vibration characteristics of the truck is tested. The factors that caused the abnormal vibration of the truck is found. The finite element model is established and the modal analysis is performed, the correctness of the test results is verified, and a reliable finite element model for the follow-up solution is provided. The abnormal vibration was caused by the frequencies of radial force variation which almost equal to the truck natural frequency under the vehicle velocities of 50km/h. The approach described in this paper can be applied to similar vibration problem diagnosis.

Abstract: Electric is one of the important resources of daily life, has great significance for the development of the national economy and the improvement of living standards. With the rapid development of construction in China, building electrical engineering is becoming more and more prominent, especially the lightning protection engineering in building electrical. Compared with the traditional housing construction, modern building construction gradually tends to be high development of reinforced concrete structure, more prone to lightning disaster, modern buildings have power lines and electrical equipment perplexing, once the lightning disaster, will cause huge economic losses, but also may cause casualties, therefore, lightning protection, pay attention to building electrical engineering is necessary. This paper introduces the lightning harm and building lightning protection system, analysis of the lightning protection design problem in building electrical engineering, discusses the matters needing attention in construction technology of electrical protection.

Abstract: The design of fold cutter influences the precision, velocity and stability of the web press folder. For the variable structure of fold cutter, its hard to solve the status of the stress and distortion by the normal mechanical method. But by the finite element analysis and ANSYS software, its convenience to solve this problem based on the reasonable analysis of the load in working state. It can supply the favorable bases to the design of web presss fold cutter by analysis the stress and distortion. In the example, the conclusion can be gotten that the intensity of fold cutter meet the requirements sufficiently, but the stiffness is insufficient softly, which influences the folding precision.

Abstract: Research on the claim is based on the contractor's claims for compensation to the owner, however, the legal status of the owner and contractor are equal in the construction project. The contractor has the right of claim to the owner. The owners also claim for compensation to the contractor. However, the owner's claim is not a simple matter. In this paper, from the legal basis for claims, by studying the theories about contract and claim, combined with the characteristics of large mechanical and electrical engineering project, the author preliminarily discusses the theoretical system of the owners claim in mechanical and electrical engineering project and its solutions which has a certain theoretical and practical significance.

Abstract: Based on the combination of the virtual prototype technology and dynamics simulation analysis software ADAMS of mechanical system, parameterized model ZL50 wheel loader equipment is established. According to the characteristics of the loading operation of equipment, with 18 parameters of the hinge point of inversion six-bar linkage as design variables, with loading operation performance index as the objective function, considering the structure and avoiding movement interference for constraint condition, multi-objective optimization design for the virtual prototype model of articulated point position is calculated.

Abstract: This paper would present a new method which is based on knowledge engineering of CATIA V5R19 to design the braking disc. With this method, the work in modeling 3-D model is cut down, it is good for researchers to gain more opportunities to design a kind of braking system which is more safereliable and economy.

Abstract: This paper puts forward the suitable conditions of high sulphur fuel oil in China wire mesh particle trap counter blowing regeneration technology. The regeneration process is characterized by the filter body is separated from particle combustion, solve the problem of broken filter body and burning-out, at the same time remove the not burning material in the trap. By filtering body regeneration experiment made the counter blowing regeneration scheme, design and optimization of the diesel exhaust particulate trap wire mesh filter body and counter blowing regeneration system. Finally by engine bench test, test the diesel exhaust particulate after-treatment device influence on power performance and fuel economy of diesel engine, the jet pressure, jet time and scavenging time on back and collection efficiency effect.

Abstract: For racing application, what actually counts is the wheel path during bump and the consequently change of wheel parameters like camber. The suspension system mainly comprises of the elastic components (springs), shock absorbers and control arms. This paper covers: Firstly, the selection of the suspension type of a FSAE racecar. Secondly, how to determine the hard points of the suspension system according to the general envelop of the racecar. Then the 3D-modeling and assembly of the suspension system will be done using Autodesk Inventor; With the results from the kinetic and dynamics simulations using ADAMS, adjustments or amendments will be done to the system to optimize the change of parameters in bump and roll; At last, according to the results of the FEA processes, the structure of the control arms, uprights, rockers, etc. will be optimized so that the stress of each components within strength limitations. Finally, optimize the suspension assembly and make sure it meets the practical requirements.
